Stay away unprofessional and RUDE

So having starting up my mobile spray tan business I obviously looked around for.potential suppliers, laurens way sent me samples. Which I was happy with! I then precededed to spend £200+ ON products and retailing products having built up a successful little business using laurensway and LA I decided to purchase the 60 solution! As thought clients would use!! how wrong was I!! Having received numerous complaints and may I add poor reviews to my twitter and Facebook! of its patchy and lack of tan I tried on myself and can confirm it is awful following all prep guidelines and leaving on for the maximum of 3 hrs this stuff just washes off and does not develop further as told it would! So understandably I informed laurensway just to be basically told I was lying they had NEVER received complaints on this product and it was just me!!! I find this very hard to believe, Never offered to replace or refund but would do an investigation but I would have to.pay postage! Disgusting! Staff are rude and abrupt and once I've used rest of my solution I'll be having nothing more to do with with this company I have collegues who use other companies and could not believe the unprofessionalism and said when they experienced issues with their suppliers there was sincere apologies and replacement next day this Is still left unresolved and not received any email or apologies what appalling way to treat customers I am stuck with a £60 bottle of solution in my cupboard! I will not risk my reputation for using poor tanning products

Worst Online Experience Ever!

Placed my order and paid in full on the 10/04/2015 and received order confirmation by email (My contract with Laurens Way according to their own Terms & Conditions). 13/04/2015 received an email in the morning to say my order was shipped. Late that evening I received an abrupt email from Robyn in ''customer services'' (if that's what you would call it) stating they would not be shipping my order until I paid a further £11.60 postage and I can phone them if I want to proceed (this was on top of the £10 I paid after entering my delivery address (Ireland) on the 10/04/2015). Eventually I got my refund after having to contact them by email and live chat and read lots of rubbish excuses including; in relation to receiving an email confirming my order was shipped ''the order was accepted, where an automatic email is sent out and then we review the order'', in relation to asking for more money after I had a confirmation contract stating I had paid in full ''the acceptance of shipping is done when we print off the order and are ready to send the order out'', in relation to there website ''we cannot put each (delivery) area in a different bracket'' yet how does every other website manage this?, in relation to shipping charges ''Obviously yes, it can be interpreted differently which I can understand. But we have legally have everything checked'' and the icing on the cake ''if you'd like I can give you a 10% off code for another order? however this does not mean the delivery will definitely be £10'' ''and also of course issue you a refund as requested''. A fantastic product dramatically let down by it's website and customer service.
