Beautiful, well-made products!

Beautiful, quirky, well-made products!
I ordered a J'ignore leather pouch and a Lifeplan journal for Christmas presents. They arrived within a few days and i was supplied with tracking info.

Both products look great, and the J'ignore pouch is real leather (which i hadn't realised) and very nice. Perfect gifts!!

Chaotic company, lack of customer service

Same as others, I placed an order in their "never happens" sale. I was not made aware of any issues at the point of ordering or afterwards. I spent over £160 and frankly expect better. After two weeks I followed it up and was told there was an "unexpected warehouse issue" and given some points but no timeline. I was not provide ANY updates or tracking. I then received a marketing email saying there was a new sale (that apparently they never do?!) almost double the discount I had received. I responded to that to state my disappointment and ask why there was a new sale despite their orders having not been fulfilled and have received no response.

This is meant to be a high-end, luxury brand yet their cs is terrible. I wonder if they're closing down because it's just chaos.

Don’t order from the website

I ordered a mug for my mum, so I could give it to her as a birthday gift. I also tried to order it early enough to make sure it came. I placed the order on 24th August and still have not received the order. The purchase was confirmed with an email and the money has been taken from my account but still no delivery. I have also had no correspondence from Evri. I have emailed the company 3 times and so has my mum. I have messaged through instagram to all to no reply. I will be contacting my bank next.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I ordered two candles on 1st August meant to be delivered within 2-6 business days. As of today I have not received anything. I guess they’ve confused days with weeks. When I raised it with the shop I was informed there was an unidentifiable warehouse issue, but when I asked for a delivery date none was provided again. Very poor experience for a business charging premium prices for candles. Certainly will not be shopping with them ever again!

Non Existent Customer Service

My original review 25/8/23 follows, but this is an update. I want to be fair. The company has processed my refund promptly. Apologised, and said they accept my feedback and are reviewing their processes. Good on them to acknowledge this. I hope they follow it through.
From 25/8/23
I considered this to be a premium company. On 10th June I ordered a candle. This was a birthday gift. The cost of the candle was £60. I was aware it was pre order for July. It is now 25th August, and I have not received the item. Now, whilst I accept delays occur, and are outside of the control of the company, during this entire period the company has not contacted me once. They have only responded to my approaches. In their last email they even told me to contact them if I did not hear from them by the end of the week. I cannot review the product but the customer service is non existent. As I say, £60 for a candle, albeit in a china pot, You would expect an update on any delays. I get much better customer service from Amazon. I have emailed them this morning to request a refund, only to get a response that they are closed until 29th August.
