From the start i received great service from Leanne and the team. The valuation was very thorough and the photos amazing. I was convinced my house wouldn’t sell that quickly, but Leanne was confident she would sell it in 6 weeks.. it actually only took 5! The good service didn’t stop there. Jayne did amazing job as the Sales Progressor, keeping me informed all the way and, in occasional moments of stress, she was calm and reassuring on the other end of the phone. Also offering the odd word of advice when I called in a state of confusion!! Overall I have been very impressed with the whole process. All the staff have been professional yet friendly and relaxed. I will always recommend them.

Laurel & Wylde were the EA managing the property we purchased. From a buyers POV they were very good, helpful at the viewing and great communication from Chris during the offer stage. Dreadful. Worst valuation of the few I've asked. Valuer clearly not interested in my property whereas others discussed how they'd market it. He rushed, (couldn't find my property so clearly didn't do his homework) and heavily hinted that he was too busy. Valuation was what I expected but was not confirmed in writing. I think maybe he detected my antipathy...

Jayne and Chris were excellent.
Kept in contact with weekly calls to let me know where we were in the process. Much more helpful than my own solicitors! Even as the buyer I received a great service so when the time comes to sell my property I would have no hesitation in using Laurel and Wylde myself.

I bought a lovely 3 bed semi detached cottage in the middle of Cheddar. I was moving from Hertfordshire and so I felt a bit distant regarding the sale. It was very useful to be given the mobile number and email address of Jayne, a member of the Laurel and Wylde staff, who I could contact at any time and got a very timely response from. Jayne acted as a bridge between me, the vendor, the solicitors and my estate agent. Thankyou Jayne, your help was invaluable.
No one came to collect the sold sign from my new property which I always think is a useful service to provide.
I contacted the office about spare keys but was never responded to. I have since resolved the issue directly with the vendor.

We used Laurel & Wylde to sell our house, they were fantastic in every way. The team were amazing, always providing feedback from viewings and the quality of their listings and brochure's were second to none. During the Sale Jayne did an incredible job in progressing the sale which helped massively in making the deadline we had. 100% recommend and would definitely use again.

Wow, wow, wow, what else can we say. From the moment we met Nick we were impressed with the honesty, integrity and knowledge Nick and his team offer their customers. The level of service is far beyond anything else on offer to vendors and has exceeded our expectations beyond belief. The quality of the listing Laurel and Wylde put together was nothing short of superb. Our property was listed late Friday night and by 10.30am Saturday morning we had 4 viewings booked and our property had sold for the full asking price by 3.30pm on that Saturday. This is the second time we have used Laurel and Wylde's services and the second time we have been astonished at the level of service offered by Nick, Laura, Emma, Jayne and the rest of the team. If you are thinking of moving home or buying a home then talk to Nick and the team. If you want to sit on the market having endless viewings then go for your cheap fee others offer, if you want to sell quickly and at the best price possible then appoint Laurel and Wylde.

We had a very positive experience with Laurel & Wylde with everyone we spoke to and saw being very efficient. The added bonus was the extra value of Jayne who kept us informed as to the progress of all parties and of any questions or queries that needed answering and dealIng with. The only reason for only four stars was that on the initial viewing of our home the L&W representative was 45 minutes late and arrived as we were going on to our next viewing! We had to arrange to come back later that afternoon and a few minutes later we could have possibly missed out on our new home! I’m sure there was a reason and every thing else was perfect. Would recommend without hesitation.
