Ruined items, would not recommend
Paid for a separates wash, all of my white clothing which was brand new, only worn once, returned stained with what looked like pink dye.
I sent them back to be repaired and was told I’d have an update within 72hrs, it took over a week.
I was sent a picture of the clothes asking me if I was happy with them and when I’d like them returning - the clothes were still stained.
I’m now having to wait to hear about any kind of compensation - which I imagine is also going to be a battle.
Really poor, no care was taken with my items whatsoever.

The same wonderful service they are always on time Marius the delivery driver is very personable and helpful he brought my laundry upstairs with a smile on his face when I send the clothes to be laundered they always come back extremely clean and folded in separate plastic bags in the laundry heap bags that they provide for you after your first order I love this company and will continue to use them!
