My only 2 issues were
1) I got an email to say my request was cancelled & I would receive a refund, then a driver arrived to collect my clothes shortly afterwards, so this was strange.
2) at no point did I see a price, I only found this when I looked back at the receipt online

Easiest laundry service I’ve used and it’s great for washing my bulky duvet items, as it certainly will not fit in my washing machine 😂
Easily trackable and they let you know of any stains that they can detect and ask before they proceed with anything.
Pricing is pretty good for a home delivery service!

Food accident at an evening event left…
Food accident at an evening event left a nasty tomato sauce deposit on a cream-coloured silk blouse. I honestly doubted there was anything that could be done to save the blouse and had resigned myself to its loss.
But LaundryHeap did an amazing job - genuinely amazing ! In less than 48 hours they returned the blouse to me good as new ! I am truly astonished at what they achieved.

Never on time…
The whole point is on time collection and delivery. They just can’t do that. My deliveries and collections have ranged from an hour early (at 7.30am!) to an hour late and twice just not delivered on the planned date. If you are flexible with your time, go for it. But don’t expect on-time collection or delivery. And the drivers really don’t care.

Great service with unfamiliar hotel
The hotel was not familiar with laundryheap and offered their preferred service at $10 per shirt. Laundryheap was able to pick up from the front desk and return the next day with no problems and at a fraction of the cost.
I will definitely use them again.

I sent my wedding dress for dry cleaning and it was returned damaged, beyond repair and unwearable.
The worst thing is they returned the damaged dress without informing me that it was damaged. Where is the accountability.

Great service . My washing machine broke down . Just came back from holiday - housesitters bed linen & towels , my bed linen , clothes piled up to the ceiling . Easy to book . Delivery issue and website clarity
For the second time in a row the delivery didn’t bother to ring the bell and just relied on the phone notification. I was busy in a call so I didn’t see the notification and the delivery just left. Of course in less than a time lapse 5 pounds where charged. After complaining to the customer service, where a very diplomatic staff helped me sorting the issue out, I got the 5 pounds back. However I had to loose a lot of time for this and also I got upset, because in the end it was very easy and natural, it was enough to ring a bell. Beside the delivery I have a bicolored suit and even though it’s same brand they keep charging me as a jacket and a trauser and not two piece suit. First time I managed to solve it with the customer service but this time I didn’t even try. I just paid it. It’s annoying especially if considered that I have a 20 pieces package of 2 pieces suits. Also in my opinion the website is not so clear in communicating the actual cost of the service. It was my first time using it and I didnt know that even if you buy a 200 pounds package, still the minimum service is 20 pounds. Anyway very stressful overall
