Impossible to cancel, they keep taking my money
It's a scam basically when you sign up and pay it's easy, if you wan't to cancel it's impossible, I tried canceling my subscription before the payment date and after it multiple times in a span of a week, it keeps showing me errors that something went wrong and to try again. Customer chat is useless cause it's a chat bot and when it's not able to help you says we will send you an email in a couple of hours, and keeps trying to charge my card

I really love Launchpass
I really love Launchpass. The guys over at HQ are really helpful and they easy to talk to if you get stuck on something. This was the perfect solution for my Membership program. I also like the integrations they have for payment gateways and other social media platforms. Makes life easier so I can focus more on what I do best which is music.
