A Beginner's Honest Experience
At first, I was honestly very skeptical and even thought it might be a scam. I'm completely new to e-commerce and the online business world. However, my experience has been the complete opposite of what I feared. The team has been incredibly welcoming, open, and supportive from day one. Everyone is always ready to answer questions, no matter how small, and they make you feel comfortable asking for help. What they do really well is communication and support. They genuinely care and make you feel like a part of the community.

They have spent more time responding to my trustpilot reviews than they did on any of my ad creatives that’s for sure haha.
I got 3 whole leads (in 9 months), none very good at all haha. I was excited when I finally got 1 l, 5 months into the program 😂. I was always available, I paid them $20,000 why would I not be available to them. The couldn’t even deliver a basic website until 70 days into the program and my first ads didn’t come out until after the 90 day guarantee they provide (revisions to the basic Canva ads and chat gpt text took months to get done form then as well).
They literally just proved my point in their response of how they “blame you” for their faults haha.
This is only my experience, I have heard from many other people it was very similar. You can take my experience and create your own opinions, but I would never recommend them to anyone at all.

They tried to take down my post a long time ago and finally got my original post taken down. I’m reposting so others do not get a false information. More important, shame on Trustpilot for taking down honest (bad) reviews of a company and letting those companies have higher scores.
Learn from my very expensive mistake ($20,000) and avoid them at all cost. They don’t really do anything, and just provide you with a course that is zero help and very basic information. They blame you for their lack of skills and knowledge and pin all failures on you and not them.
I repeat DO NOT give them a single cent or second of your time.

Taylor joined Launch My Agency in February 2024. From day one, our team got to work. Here's what we actually delivered:
A full brand document, multiple logo concepts (Taylor chose Logo 4, his words: "Looks Great!!"), custom landing page designs for both web and mobile (his words: "loving the landing page though!"), a fully built website (his words: "I really like the website flow and designs. I'm good to move forward with them!"), a custom LinkedIn banner (which he reacted to with a fire emoji), niche-specific case studies for gym owners, multiple rounds of ad copy that he reviewed and approved (his words: "they look great!"), multiple rounds of ad creatives with personalized Loom walkthrough videos, and updated ad creatives as late as September 2024 which he approved and said "looks good! Let's plan on launching them this week!"
He was even getting leads come through, his own words: "Had another lead call come in, so whichever ad we are running now might be doing pretty decent."
So to say we "don't really do anything" and only provide "a course that is zero help and very basic information" is simply not true, and we can prove it.
What we also have documented is Taylor frequently being unavailable, not checking in for weeks at a time, and admitting himself that he "dropped the ball." At one point our team had to reach out and say "I haven't seen you check in the last 2 weeks." Building an agency requires consistent effort from both sides, we can build the plane, but the client has to show up and learn to fly it.
The claim that we "bully" clients is the opposite of what our communication shows. We sent personalized video feedback, scheduled additional calls to walk him through tools, and our team members created custom Loom tutorials specifically for him.
We stand behind the work we delivered to Taylor and the hundreds of other clients we've helped. We have every message, every deliverable, and every approval documented. Great Investment
My experience with LMA has been exceptional.
They have a great system ironed out, it’s highly scalable, their support is phenomenal, and I’m very happy with my investment.

Launch my agency Saved my Marriage and my life
Im a introvert and don't really like sharing my personal life but 8 months ago I had a stroke and during the hardest time of my life I was trying to raise my 3 year old kid aswell as save my marriage. Launch My Agency is a total scam. The reviews are not real and the 5 star reviews are fake. They take your money and keep you busy with useless course material until you get ride of it. When you ask refund or complain about their promises and guarantee, they simply say oh “we will work with you until you succeed “ when you hear this, you are scammed period!

This review is false and misleading, and it's important to set the record straight. You were a real client. You actively participated in our program, accessed our training materials, joined live calls, received support, and got exactly what was promised under our agreement. We upheld our side of the commitment in full.
Let's address your claims for anyone reading:
Our program requires effort. It's not a "pay and pray" situation where we do everything for you while you sit back. We provide the systems, the training, the support, and the resources but yes, you have to put in the work. That's how real businesses are built.
And when you asked about our guarantee, we told you the truth: we work with our clients until they succeed. That's not a scam, that's called commitment. The only way it doesn't work is if you stop showing up.
The claim that our reviews are fake is completely untrue. We do not create, buy, or manipulate reviews. Doing so would be unethical, illegal, and a terrible business practice. I've been in the Accelerator program for a few weeks now. When I came in, I was worried about overpromising or if the program is even real. So far I have actually seen a solid system.
I like their setup. Out of the 3 or 4 different programs that I've checked out for launching online agencies, I think LMA has the most robust system. What I mean by that is they have the whole process set up. You get these self learning modules that are pretty straightforward, to complete alongside watching, as well as a coach that helps set specific goals, clear up misunderstandings, and advise on decisions.
From the inside, I took stock of the program elements to see if it correlated with the essentials of a business and that it made logical sense.
I like the structure, and I like the live team support calls held on schedule. I like their choice of Slack.
They have booking for several helpful hand-selected partnerships, especially funding and credit ones.
This is my experience working with Aaron: he was able to give me a step-by-step plan and timeline like he was speaking from experience. It was apparent what he had done before, and for the few specifics he didn't know about, he pointed me in a good direction. He's pretty succinct when he talks, calm, honest, and caring. We got along well when we talked, but he's also firm when it comes to taking action. His track record is impressive, yet he comes off as calm, indicating humbleness. That makes you trust him. He was kind yet honest to me, simplifying solutions for my concerns, saying to focus only on what was necessary at each step. That was really encouraging.
Occasionally the team didn't get back to me as fast as what I understood to be the promise, but I lacked in my due diligence. So far it's apparently a complete and continually developed program.
After this initial review I plan to take stock after seeing the program all the way through.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience with LMA/Maaz Gul
I had a very disappointing experience with Launch My Agency (LMA) — specifically with Maaz Gul.
My first call was a short 20-minute introductory conversation with a representative who asked a few general questions and explained some basics of the program. He mentioned that my next call would be a more in-depth consultation with Maaz Gul, where I could get all remaining questions answered.
We scheduled that consult for Tuesday, November 4th at 2 PM. Maaz joined a few minutes late, then told me he was having network issues and needed to reschedule. That was frustrating, as I had rearranged my schedule just to attend. He promised to text me a new link, and I rebooked for the next day — Wednesday, November 5th at 3 PM.
Then, two hours before that meeting, I noticed an email showing the meeting had been rescheduled again — this time to Thursday at 2 PM, with no call, text, or notice asking if I was available. That lack of courtesy and respect for my time was very disappointing.
As much as I wanted to cancel and move on, I still decided to keep the rescheduled meeting for the 3rd time, because this program really looks to align with my goals, and I am very eager to start my agency within a structured program. Once again, Maaz never showed up for the 3rd time. I waited 15 minutes, texted him, and he responded saying he was having connection issues — again — and needed to reschedule.
At that point, it was clear to me this was not a professional or reliable operation. If this is the level of communication and accountability during a simple consultation phase, I can only imagine the problems after joining and paying for the program.
In a way, I’m glad this happened — it saved me from making a poor investment. LMA really dropped the ball and lost a client who was 90% ready to move forward, I just needed the right person to pull his 10% effort and close the deal.
My advice: LMA needs to seriously review who they staff or contract to represent their brand, because this kind of experience destroys trust before a client even starts.
For anyone considering Launch My Agency, take this as honest feedback — do your due diligence. There are plenty of other programs out there run by people who value professionalism, communication, and respect for others’ time.
They didn’t just lose a call — they lost a great client.
