Funy how because of the fuel plains issues you have to pay for priority bag...75 pounds it's ridiculous. Last time flying with them

Vienna Ryanair

People in ryanair vienna were definitely the rudest employees. A girl started crying because she had no card to pay- 0 empathy, and an overweight guy with glasses did not let MULTIPLE passengers check their bags twice after changing their packaging, moving clothes from one baggage to another. About 50 people had to pay, even though most of the luggages were fitting just fine. A really rude blonde woman told a couple that they’re not allowed to flight , they said “we can keep you here if we want” and they turned to two young girls and said “if i hear one more word from you you’re staying here”. Terrible, terrible services. There is a reason why the tickets are so cheap. and at the end of the day, screw the 75 euros fee, the attitude of the employees was what made the experience disgusting. They should get fired immediately, disrespecting people like this.

Is ringing Ryanair a waste of time

When I ring Ryanair lost and found or general customer service I am left holding on so long that eventually I have to put the phone down and get on with my day. Is this what happens to others?

Jesus I know there a low cost budget…

Jesus I know there a low cost budget airline and you get what you pay for but I didn’t expect to have my knees stuck to the back of the seat in front of me for 2 and a half hours and not being able to move for lack of space god forbid you should have to pull down your tray in front of you to eat something roll on the return flight😩

I was travelling with my family

I was travelling with my family, including our young children and our 5-month-old baby. During takeoff, our baby began crying—an understandable reaction for an infant during such moments.

Shortly thereafter, a passenger seated in the row in front of us stood up and began shouting at us in an aggressive and offensive manner, demanding that we “do something” about the baby. Her behavior was hostile and inappropriate, yet she proceeded to position herself as the victim and even demanded an apology from us.

Unfortunately, the cabin crew did not manage the situation appropriately. Instead of addressing the unreasonable conduct of the passenger, they asked us whether we wanted to move to the back of the aircraft. When we declined, I was told to stand at the back of the aircraft with the baby—an unacceptable suggestion. Later in the flight, the same passenger caused further issues with other travelers, confirming that her behavior was not isolated.

This experience was extremely frustrating and upsetting. We felt unsupported and unfairly treated by the airline staff. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this airline to other families travelling with young children.

Let me know if you’d like to add flight details, request compensation, or direct this to a specific airline.

Do not expect pleasant experience fr9m Ryanair.

Basically if any other company flight to my destination I would use it. Ryanair is low cost company but behave like greedy bully against their customers.
Staff on Standsted airport us extremely unpleasant behaving more l8ke Police then someone whom should provide some basic level of customer service.
I am flying with Ryanair for 15 years but decided due very unpleasant experiences on Srandstead airport that will try Wizzair, only company flying to my destination from Luton.
Stansted airport staff is very rude and confrontational, all good shops are gone, Ryanair staff is nightmare. It looks like they have trainings in how to be as much unpleasant as they could be as they are awarded for it.
I am.always very stressed if I know I have to flight with them.

Ryanair is a scam flight company

Ryanair is a scam flight company. They try to attract customers and compete other airlines rivals by their advertised low cost tickets. In reality, they charge additional fares at the check-in desks because they know customers are in a trapped situation. If the customers refuse to pay for these out-of-the-blue additional fares, they risk their flight boarding. They charged £55 for check-in, and hundreds of pounds by all their bulshit bags policy. If adding all the scam fares, the total ticket price is higher than other standard flight companies, but the service offered by Ryanair is worse than the latter. Surprisingly aviation authority keeps a blind eye on these scam flight companies. Instead of "Ryanair - low fair- great care", it should be changed to "Ryanair - more fares - no care - nightmare."

Sad to see the lovely details decaying

True that it might not be what it was before. However a pleasant experience travelling with Lauda MOTIONS comfortable A320 aircrafts FR"!"o"m A to B – and that for the unbeatable fares of the Ryanair cooperation; which should have sticked to their original plans to renew & expand the Lauda Europe fleet with top-modern A320-321 machines. Bear in mind that the inpollite & overpaid LH-airlines staff would not move a finger - permanent strikes under similar conditions - even if the salaries of the Ryanair crews were immediately raised up to 84% of what their EG-EU-wings colleagues are making.

Low cost-bad experience

Yes low cost budget flight that fly for Ryanair.
But not even a hello at boarding, Rude staff that keeps light on just to try to sell lottery tickets and also several times perfume and other stuff.
The “menu” they have…. They have about 1/3 of the menu on the plane, And very high prices.
And the staff love to use the speaker during the whole flight to adress “cheep” perfume, tickets and so on.
And it seems that the crew don’t know what the other crew is doing due to safety.

I would like to file a complaint…

I would like to file a complaint against cabin crew Lauda flight number FR7330. Your steward commented on the 1.5 hour flight delay. We can't fly because of the rain. The truth is that they teach another colleague here for an hour and go to the toilet every 5 minutes. Do this in training centers that are designed for this. Thanks

Thieves as flight attendants

The flight attendants of this Laudamotion company are not only horrible in terms if customer service, but they steal.

Upon our arrival from Vienna to Porto, on June 25,

2 minutes after leaving the plane,
we realized we forgot a shopping bag in the plane.

The groundforce in the airport promptly assured us that situations like these happen and always get solved

AND
contacted the plane flight attendants to provide the forgotten bag.

To the surprise of everyone,
the two flight attendants serenely declared there was no shopping bag left.

As the Porto airport staff indicated,
this is highly uncommon.

The flight attendants almost always give back the forgotten goods.

But these two Polish ladies had an argument with us because of a small (10x10cm) plastic bag they abruptly insisted we place in the hand luggage as it was ‘loose’ object…)

(we have tens of hours of flights per year.. we know that much: these flight attendants simply had an authority attack)

Unfortunately, they also knew the shopping bag left behind was ours.

And, based on their malevolent behavior, we have the conviction they stole the good just not to please us with its recovery.

This kind of malevolent persons should never be allowed in customer service.

And thieves, no matter their excuses, should never be tolerated by a serious company.

Lauda Europe flying for Ryanair to and…

Lauda Europe flying for Ryanair to and from Vienna. Probably the rudest cabin crew I have ever encountered. Absolutely uninterested in their job, I can only imagine how much they are paid. Not sure if unwashed hair is a job requirement, but something to work on. Cabin crew should definitely not behave like prison wardens.

The Lauda nightmare.

Used this as a replacement to Ryanair. it was the most uncomfortable flight i ever had. My butt still hurts from that chair. Jad to get up and walk a gew time as i couldn't stand it anymore. Also the noise you hear in the plane, it's like driving a convertible plane. Probably was the noise that made me feel sick also.. or the whole experience. i never get motion sickness.
If i ever end up on one of their planes because or Ryanair, i guess i will have to stop using Ryanair.
Lauda planes are obsolete.

I would really love to give zero stars…

I would really love to give zero stars to this airline. Had a priority ticket and just to wait for 30 minutes in a gate transfer tunnel! This is insane! I don’t mind that the airplane was not comfortable at all, because it was a short flight from Vienna to Dublin. it is just the fact, that the ground personal at the gate stressed us with getting in and than we had to wait for ….. 30 minutes in a box. Ryanair and Laudamotion Team, you guys are …. yeah i wish you all the best. But start thinking about your customers. You can count me on the ex customer list!

Wow, that was interesting

Wow, I was shocked by how filthy the flight was, as well as being packed, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The flight was delayed by 3½ hours! It was an absolute nightmare, the only reason I gave it any stars is that I was randomly seated in the front row for free.
Would I fly them again because of a good experience? NO
Aould I fly them because they are cheap and convenient? Yes.
