Last year I have mooved in Spain and I am struggling to adapt my work to the new conditions wich are very different.

Muriel, a broken incubator lid needs an answer the same day, not silence. Send your order number and a photo of the break to info@latiendadelapicultor.com and we'll ship a replacement lid or take the incubator back. Ordering process and communication was very good, but packaging was absolutely poor: stuffing was inadequate so 2 out of 16 glasses were broken.

Stephan, 2 broken jars out of 16 is a packing problem, not bad luck: the filling wasn't enough for the weight of the glass. Send your order number and a photo to info@latiendadelapicultor.com and we'll replace both. We're reviewing how glass is packed in the warehouse, which is where this starts. Glad the ordering side worked.

improvement needed in communication
The communication with the customer needs improvement: I placed a question within the order - no response. Question in the contact form on the website - no response. Question via WhatsApp - no response. Question via Email - reponse at second attempt, after cancelling the order. As a customer, I expect communication at least within 24 hours!

A reply within 24 hours is the right standard and we are not meeting it in high season.
