Real good quality does and service is excellent Been buying stuff for a long time will say great experience. Very helpful staff especially if you going for the first time Charlie is the guy you need to talk to.

Communication was excellent with sales team and the delivery driver Lee rang to confirm approx time and arrived when said and was faultless delivering the steel door.

I have had a number of doors from Latham over the years and the doors are excellent as is the delivery and ordering system (Which is why I keep using them)
However today, a lovely lady called Miya Kaur excelled.. I had lost the fixing kit on a door we ordered in error some time ago. When I called to order a new one without a prompt Miya offered to send me a free kit.. Fantastic service and a great product... Many thanks Miya..

Second time of using Lathams. Ordering process nice and easy, great comms re delivery and accommodating with a revised slot after first one was unsuitable. 2 hour time slot advised for day of delivery then a phone call 30 mins before on the actual day. Thanks Phil and Tom for an efficient friendly drop off.
