Fantastic resolution. I initially panicked after the sd card i was sent didn’t work in my cars system and the system appeared to crash. I contacted the company and they advised my software was out of date. They explained how to download up to date software but this was a bit beyond my capabilities not being very tech savvy, and so they sent me a usb with the required software already on it, then next day, free of charge, with instructions. After following these the software was updated and the sd card then worked perfectly. No extra charge for this either! Very happy and has recommended to my partner who will be buying an sd for his own car soon

I bought an update for the maps of my Jaguar XE 2016 as my SD's data was corrupted.
The costumer service helped me along some issues i had installing the new software, my experience was really positive.
I paid less than half than what i would have paid with Jaguar service, in a fraction of the time.
Absolutely recommended store, these guys are awesome.

Ordered an update for the Ford Sync 3 as Ford no longer supply updates to pre 2020 cars. Arrived quickly. Easy to follow instructions. We went for a drive as it took 60 minutes for the full system and map update. The maps are now up to date and I am no longer driving through fields.

I thought I had an issue with android auto. After several emails and considerable patience by the person at latestsatnav the issue was the usb lead.

I cannot praise them enough.

I purchased a sat nav update for my 2014 Audi A4 following a chat with Brian re the appropriate item I needed.
Really quick delivery and came with comprehensive instructions, now, to say I am not tech savvy would be an understatement!! I had a couple of issues trying to upload the maps and contacted Brian, who cam back to me almost instantaneously with help and support. Following the completion of the update I did need a little more technical support which Brian gave promptly.
The new maps update is working perfectly and has recognised a new road that was previously missing from my maps.
I would highly recommend any purchase from this company as it was a great price (compared to the £500 the main Audi dealer wanted to carry out the update) with excellent ongoing technical support.
If I managed to update the maps then anyone can do it!!

Updated two older vehicles. 2011 BMW X5 and 2013 Jag XF. The support I got from Brian was superb. He guided me though each vehicle and even though I made several mistakes he was patient and got me though installation. The best customer service I have received in a long time. THANK YOU!

I needed to update my Mercedes SLK Becker map pilot unit which had not been updated since the car was new (I had recently purchased it) I had tried other updates that did not work. However, upon emailing LatestSatNav they gave me great advice and ensured that the update would work on my unit. I purchased the update and the download link arrived in a few minutes with good instructions of how to install. However, not being too tech savvy, I had a few issues but LatestSatNav were great and after a few emails, they helped me get the unit up and running with the latest maps. Great communication and they were very helpful. I will definitely use them again when I need more updates for my cars.

Brian advised which upgrade I needed prior to purchase, as I was unsure. Ordered product which was downloaded to me within the hour, with instructions. 7-ZIP unpacked the Vuze download onto a 32GB USB drive that I had to order as all mine are 128GB. I had a question regarding the USB ports on my BMW which was answered immediately. I'd buy again, but I have a lifetime license !

Just updated my Mercedes sat nav using a USB from LatestSatNav. Excellent customer service to ensure I had purchased the correct update for my car. The USB was delivered quickly. Seamless process doing the update which took about 90 minutes.

Fantastic support! I mis-identified the unit installed in my 2013 Peugeot 308 and inadvertently bought the wrong update, after a couple of exchanges on the site chat channel I was provided a link to download the correct file package and the activation code sent by email. Slow process to install all the maps in the car but "Brian" responded with tips and guidance until late in the evening when everything finally completed.
Above and beyond what I could have expected.
