WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! We booked a shuttle from La Fortuna to Santa Teresa and they NEVER SHOWED UP. They ignored our messages BUT STILL TOOK THE MONEY!!!! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND, DO NOT BUY TICKETS WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY

DON'T BOOK! Scam!
Unfortunately we didn't see these reviews otherwise we could've known that they are unreliable at best. After waiting for 3 hours, the driver did pick us up the first time, 5 hours later, we were still in San Jose. After leaving the city, the driver drove like a maniac, reaching speeds of up to 120kmh or 80mph in a 40kmh zone, dangerous takeovers etc. (Nothing new to South America travellers). We werr relieved that that we arrived in one piece. We booked a 2-way tickets but our return never arrived. We waited for a total of 6 HOURS!! They didnt show up and they ignored our messages and calls.

Scammers
Scammers. We got a ticket for a ride that never arrived. They didn't answer to phone calls and very vague at WhatsApp assistance. After more than 3 hours they organized another transfer but we arrived very late and traveled in dark hours. Very unreliable.

Scammers!
Scammers!! Do not buy from this company. They seem legit as they send you emails with your name on them changing the pick up location from one place to another. We waited in front of San Jose airport for an hour before figuring out that they weren’t coming. Pick up was supposed to be at 5.30 in the morning. Working on getting our money back at the moment

This is a scam
This is a scam. As others have said, they take your money, send you a fake email with a ticket and no bus shows up. We waited 1hr and then had to get a taxi, which to be fair cost the same as these scam tickets. We tried calling, google messaging, whatsapp - no response. Do not lose $80 like we did, go to another company.

Terrible experience!!! Don’t use this company!!
We ordered the tickets trough their website and waited at the place that was written on the tickets. The buss never came, and the company doesn’t exist. We wrote to them to get our money back but they don’t answer and keep sending us the same robot message.
We payed 140 dollar (90.000 colones) and we tried for 2 months to get that money back without any luck.
Please don’t use this company!
