Bad quality and client support!

I have communicated to lady from client support called Fatima about the defect of the ordered product. After her assurance of reimbursement, she disappeared. No one answer the phone or emails. Refund after 1 month weeks is still not executed and I have been completely ignored. Skipping the fact of bad quality of their prints , the customer support is relatively same bad!
Not recommend. I regret to order my item on Vista print which never disappoint me!
