This app is a total piece of garbage. Logs you out without asking, lags, wont open the door when yo need it. Our apartment forced us to use it and I wont be renewing because of it. Can't stress how shotty, inconvenient, and annoying it is.
I HATE LATCH AND IT'S ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I'M MOVING OUT THE BUILDING. Always lagging, locks you out, many trips up and down the elevator before you can get to your floor because it doesn't always work, sometimes takes forever to work, INCONVENIENT. For example if you're coming in with 2-3 grocery bags in hand good luck getting in easily.
I lost count of the number times i got locked out because of their poorly made both hardware and software. This organization clearly lacks quality control department and care for consumers.

Makes things so easy for property owners they'll accidentally unlock your doors from time to time just by passing by your door in the hallway! Since Latch also doesn't tell you when someone uses the master keys to unlock your door, you'll never know your door was unlocked all day! Gotta love solutions that work worse than the things they replace.
I liked this app a lot for 3 months until today. Trying to give a contractor 4- day access to my property. One-day access worked but i need 4 days for a contractor immediately. I revoked previous email, but it doesn't see it and says there is overlap in my permission for this individual. I've been dealing with this since 8am. SERIOUS! Product support is a joke. I have heard further from support and they are not at all helpful. I know how to use this app. When I try to invite this contractor for multiple days it says "access overlap--this selection conflicts with previously granted access". The support person responding to my query just gives me platitudes and copies and pastes how to generally invite someone to the app.
