Wrong Item But Semi-Acceptable Resolution

On July 15th I ordered a pair of sunglasses for a wedding. There was no mention of it on the website but my order confirmation stated that LASR’s warehouse was undergoing some renovations and any orders between July 10-29th wouldn’t ship until the 30th. They said you could either wait or request a refund. I figured I had the time to spare and they did ship on the 30th as specified. They even sent a few button pins as a peace offering for the delayed shipping. However, the item I received was the wrong color. After reaching out to customer service they got back to me 2 days later and said that there was an error on their end and that I could get 60% off if I wanted to keep the incorrect item they had sent. Why would I want the wrong item? I want the sunglasses that I ordered, hence why I ordered them. I responded saying as much and they conceded and offered a full refund and no need to return the wrong item. That should have been their original approach rather than try to get me to accept their mixup and even partially pay for it. I’m curious if it had been a more expensive item if I would have been inconvenienced into sending it back in order to get my refund. It sincerely bothers me when companies try to make customers jump through even more hoops to make up for their wrongdoings. Making me package up, find a printer for the label, and go to the post office to ship back the item is a ridiculous policy to put on the buyer. I’ve already been inconvenienced with a shipping delay and the wrong item, don’t throw salt in the wound. I would have given fewer stars but the full refund helped to soften the blow. The more annoying part is attempting to find the same item elsewhere and trying to order it in the much shortened timeframe I have before my event. Do better.

Refuse Return/Exchange and Inaccurate Item Description

Ordered shoes that detailed they would fit a half size smaller. When shoes arrived they were way too small and fit about 1.5 size smaller. Customer service refused a return or exchange even though I reached out the same day I received the items. They tried to gaslight me and say that it detailed final sale in the description but I sent a screenshot proving that was not the case. Now we are stuck with shoes they don’t fit and have no money to buy another pair for EDC. Would give negative ten stars if I could. Don’t purchase here unless you are 100000000% sure the item will fit and work out for you.

Defective products, zipper don't work

I bought a beautiful sequin bag. I didn't use right away. When I received and unpackaged it and put away. When I finally went to use, the zipper didn't work. I tried many ways to try to make it work. I finally wrote to the company to inform. They said because past a certain period can't accept returns. It's ridiculous it's a new bag. So now i.m stuck with a bag that doesn't work. Like i.m supposed to use it, wear it wide open because it's doesn't close. That is ridiculous. Bad cheap product is what it is. I have many similar bags of the same brand which I have had for years and never an issue. But this however, 1st time I go to use and zipper not working is ridiculous.

Wish zero stars was an option

Wish zero stars was an option! This brand's customer service and exchange policies are the WORST! They sent me the wrong shoes, took forever to reply to my email and then told me they can't exchange them so i'd have to re-purchase the pair I originally ordered??? Please save your time and money and don't buy from this business.

NEGATIVE 5 Stars, Do NOT support these con artist

They honestly deserve a NEGATIVE 5 Star, if possible. The absolute worst. They clearly care not for any customer satisfaction so long as they receive their money. I pre-ordered an Exclusive Bag of theirs, before they processed to ship, I informed them I was moving and provided new address. The bozos still shipped to old address. Now, I have no bag, no money and customer service is nonexistent. They claimed I “opted out of “Route Package Protection”. Like what the heck is that? Every time I ask about where that selection is located, always, ALWAYS get ignored. DO NOT BUY NOR SUPPORT these clowns!

Been a week and still no shipping , no tracking . 2nd time contacting customer service . Just as bad as cakeworthy. 39 dollars was already taken out of my bank account . Where is the shirt I ordered ? Tracking information?

This place sucks

This place sucks. Don’t buy from them…
They rip you off. I ordered two bags and they only sent me one. I contacted them and they never got back to me. They kept my money and I never got my other bag.
Rip offs. To busy posting half naked girls.

I bought 2 Bat wing Bags

I nought 2 Bat Bags from them. They came folded and with creases all over them. Packaging was horrible. Shipping way was not what I would have used to ship these items. They came in a poly bag, one was in its original plastic bag the other without. I did email them and Unfortunately for me, I didn't notice that these backpacks were final purchase with no return available. My loss was that the deal was to good to be true. Waste of money, advertising. Shop direct Loungefly, Box Lunch or Hot Topic if you want good bags and deals are easy to get.

It took a week for them to issue a refund. They suck as responding to emails. I get they had a launch that very successful but if you have time to post on Instagram every two hours there’s no reason why it should take so long to get a response.

Horrible customer service

I ordered an exclusive collab loungefly from them as a gift for my fiance it was expected to initially ship in November but since my time of order the expected ship date changed 3 times, I tried emailing them and calling which always goes to voice mail..their customer service is horrible and you will never get to know when your order will get to you until its at your door.

I got the shoes! And I love Them! Why the bad reviews?

I read all these terrible reviews after I had placed an order and got really nervous. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on their black Friday cyber Monday sale. (2 different orders) they were at a huge discount and had free domestic shipping. These shoes were under 30 dollars a pair no shipping no tax. I was seriously worried about being scanned at this point.. but I had to have these shoes. They shipped within like 2 or 3 days and were here within another 2. Came in wrapped beautifully just as described and perfect! So glad I ordered and didn't let these reviews get me down. Waiting on my second pair coming in tomorrow. Just wanted to share my experience because it was very different than these reviews and I'm so happy. I will order again their next sale! (They're too expensive for me regular price. Lol)

Beware of ordering from the place that…

Beware of ordering from the place that advertise more butts than bags. I ordered an exclusive from them, it was MONTHS delayed. Customers that did not cancel their orders were promised a free gift from Loungefly to make up for the delay. 5 months later, I get a surprise package in the mail and it was my item with a bag full of buttons and a flimsy keychain. I would have rather canceled my order, if this is how they treat their customers. It says a lot to promise a free gift but give a bag full of buttons that were crammed into a sliver baggy. No coupon no exclusive item, just buttons, and a keychain. disgusting. I would not ever purchase from them again, exclusive or not.

They cancelled my order 1 week later after it was sold out everywhere

I placed an order for shoes, the style was very unique. They did not ship my item, waited for 1 week, then cancelled my order after the shoes sold out everywhere... worst service I ever had. I would have purchased them from somewhere else if they had informed me they could not ship the item.

If you want to be guaranteed you get the item, buy from another retailer.

Horrible Company

Horrible customer service...they never answer their phone and rarely reply to an email. I placed an order for 3 Minnie Mouse Halloween Backpacks for my Daughters and after about a week I emailed to inquiry about the shipping and I had to send numerous messages before someone finally responded letting me know they saw my order and it would ship out by end of week. Then at the end of the week I went back into my order and it showed as Cancelled. I emailed asking why my order was cancelled and they never responded...now I have 3 disappointed daughters who don't get the backpacks they wanted. I will never order from them again!!!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Im a DJ that ordered from them... Do not do it this company will take you money and send you something cheap that you never even ordered and when tell you " well you opened the package and we can't refund you!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't do it!

I ordered from LA Style Rush Jan 14, 2021. I didn't receive a email confirmation so I contacted them via email on regards on my order. They emailed back to me within 24 hours and gave amazing customer service! To my mistake they did send confirmation on my order via text message prior to my email I sent. So they are reliable on order confirmation and regarding contacting customer service. Order was made on the 14, the shipping label was made on Jan 15. So they work really fast! Received my order on Jan 19. I loved my experience with this company, first time and won't be my last. Ordered a Loungefly bag, came in good condition, packaging was beautiful, overall I love everything.
