Avoid this seller at all costs

Avoid this seller at all costs. I purchased two solar lights for my Landscape. I was very excited to get them and wanted to love them. They arrived a month later but they don’t work. Nowhere in the description stated that they use a remote control for operation. Well, the remotes didn’t work. The product is sooo cheap. Even for a $200 light fixture, the materials and components of the entire thing looks like it’s with $20. However, they just don’t work. Can’t operate them. As others, I have exchanged emails with them where they keep asking for videos and photos. I have complied with everything they asked for and they keep giving the run around and don’t commit to the exchange / return. Keep blaming me for wrong assembly when there is NO assembly
Required. Very bad product and worse customer service. I wish I had read these reviews before my order!

Avoid at all costs
Our order arrived weeks after ordering with no reply to emails, explanation or communication. When it did finally arrive it didn’t work. I emailed to arrange a return to which I received a reply email asking us to wire the clock/light in and take a video of it not working. When I said I would if they would cover the cost of an electrician they then asked for a photo of the wiring which I sent over. I then got an email saying that they can confirm there isn’t a problem with the wiring ( they can tell this by the picture seemingly ) they then requested that we open the terminals and check for loose wiring, once we done that they then wanted us to wire it up and take a video. I obviously point blank refused this ludicrous request. I am now on email number 7 and they now want to send me a driver so I can install it myself and see if it that works. Not a chance.i now feel they are ridiculing me with the replies. I have stated time and time again that I am within my rights to reject/return an item that is broken/ unfit for purpose within 30 days. but this has been ignored each time.
Save yourself a whole lot of stress and AVOID this SCAM website that is clearly not UK based.

Ordered a floor lamp

Ordered a floor lamp. It arrived without a base, so it cannot be set up. One of the globes was broken during shipping. I have emailed, texted and requested help through their chat box. No response. They claim responses will come within 2 business days but I have yet to hear from them.

I ordered light fixtures and they took…

I ordered light fixtures and they took 2 months to come. When they did one has a crack in it and I am having trouble getting in touch with anyone to replace it. I would not recommend ordering from them. I never write negative reviews but this was the worst customer service!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed - lights are not as advertised on website - one was broken - have an offer of a refund for damaged (as long as we send a photo of it in a bin!!!)
50% refund offered for the incorrect one or an exchange for something I have no idea about (not sure if they do either ) - English is obviously a challenge - have had some non sensical responses! Would avoid and will not recommend.

Stay far far away from Las Solas.
It took 16 days to reach Italy. Apparently they have nothing in stock and just forward customer orders to China. But that is just the beginning. UPS received my package at their hub, one hour away. They refused to deliver because the duties were not paid. I had to drive one hour to the UPS Hub and shell out additional money to retrieve my light. Never again. Stay away from Las Solas.

Be aware there is a lot of assembly required

your website it states assembly required . I was unaware that this would mean actually having to wire the whole light and attach each individual piece of Agate.This is by no means an easy job as the so-called reviews would lead you to believe. Initially there should have been full detailed instructions and not left to the client to then have to Email 3 times. I eventually hired an electrician to install who informed me that a connection block should have been supplied to attach to the ceiling wires. I think for a light that cost £200 it is completely unacceptable and I would definitely not use your company again. I will also be posting a review to that effect.

The light came damaged and no refund

The light came damaged, all photos sent including them asking for me to provide one with the damaged lamp benign the bin .... Refund requested April, this is now August - the lighting was also really poor quality and I would genuinely say do not use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid over 600.00 for four "lantern lights". They looked beautiful and to be high quality. They are like plastic, look like Halloween costume accessories. Tiny little wire for installation, could not even install them even if you wanted to. But NO ONE would use these things, they probably cost literally 20.00 to make all four of them. WORST product I have EVER purchased. Now customer service not responding with the return to address. They need to be shut down.

Product came destroyed and they will NOT replace or refund.

If I could give this company under 1 star I would. My advise is order from a different company. I ordered a $500.00 chandelier. When I finally received the light, the entire package was disintegrating and saturated with water. I could not even lift the package off the ground without water running out and pieces of the lamp falling everywhere. Mind you, I have a huge front porch that is covered. understanding that this is not necessarily Lassola wrong doing, but the shipping company they used. I understand that the shipping company is the one who released the package like this. However, it is the obligation of the manufacturer to file the claim with the shipping company NOT the customer. I can not get reimbursed from the shipping company. I have been trying to get a new lamp or just return this one but Lassola will NOT refund, return, or even send me a new light! They want me to pay an electrician to come over and try to hook the light up. It will cost me $300.00 to even see if the light is broken due to all the water damage, plus I told them that there are pieces missing. I sent multiple pictures of how the lamp came and even took pictures as I was moving the box and pieces were falling out. Their customer service is deplorable. I am out $500.00 because they will not honor their own return policy, or file a claim with the shipping company, they chose to ship with. Save your money and go with someone who is reputable. I have been going back and forth with them for the last 5 days and still nothing they will do for me. If anyone is looking for a water damaged $500 light, LET ME KNOW!!!!

Products not as Advertised - Took several weeks to arrive - comms good but all by email and vague about refunds. Arrived in good condition but not what purchased. Told restocking fee circa 10% - was offered a 20% refund to retain items. No telephone contact. Felt very much like once took your money you get lumbered with whatever they send you and no way of returning to Asia…. Feel let down. Despite them offering and following through with a partial refund. Won’t be using this company again. Should be clearer about NOT being a UK based company. And be transparent about delivery times. Classic case of a Drop Shipping company with zero options for customer experience journey. BEWARE!

Statement piece!

Olivia CeraFall Chandelier is such a statement piece! I had this hung at an entryway atrium that had a ceiling height of 18 feet. It gave the place such a beautiful elegant vibe! Many went "Wow..." when they see the chandelier as they enter the house. That said, there are two things that could be improved with this product:
1. Packaging and delivery. About 12 ceramic leaves broke at transit. I contacted the seller for replacements and they did not respond to my email. In the end, I had to glue together the broken leaves to try to make it work because there were no extras.
2. Wire length. The wire that came with the chandelier was short so my contractor has to purchase new wire and fashion something new in order to hang it at the right height. Thankfully I was using a knowledgable contractor otherwise I would be at loss. The website description also did not state wire length information. Since these are larger chandeliers (the one I bought was about 40 inches in diameter), these products tend to be hung in larger spaces with taller ceiling heights. It would be great if there's a way to purchase them with longer wire lengths. That will help customers a big bunch.
