Really glad we switched – app and claims are genuinely straightforward
I’ve had my pet insured with Lassie for a few months now and it’s been a relief compared with our previous insurer. Signing up was quick and the pricing felt clear from the start, with no confusing extras.
What stood out most was how easy the app is. When he needed treatment I just took a photo of the vet invoice and submitted it through the app. The claim was processed the same day and the money was back in my account without any back-and-forth or paperwork. That alone made the switch worthwhile.
I’ve also been using the little courses and daily tips in the app – nothing groundbreaking, but actually practical for things like nutrition and spotting early issues. Earning points towards a discount is a nice extra rather than the main reason I stayed, but it’s appreciated.
Overall it’s felt modern and low-hassle so far. I’d recommend it if you want something digital that actually delivers on the claims side rather than just looking slick.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Claim handling was awful. Also, misleading claims on their websites also, they use the truspilot rating from their other countries on the website.
