Scammed. I ordered "buy one get one free" magnetic lashes and when they arrived the boxes had already been opened and most likely used. Ive been trying to get a refund for weeks but they are refusing despite their own refund policy. Really wish I had read reviews before buying

Pure scam of a company!!

The magnetic eyelashes are absolutely shocking!!! Avoid. They state on their website they have a 30 day money back guarantee if not happy, so I emailed to stated I was not happy and they offered me 25% back and stated the lashes are not covered under the 30 day money back even though it stated it right under the lashes when purchasing. They were then charging 3 times the return price if I wanted to return them. I submitted a chargeback wirh bank so fingers crossed.

The magnetic lashes are rubbish and I have wasted my money. I did buy one get one free. Not happy at all with the magnetic lashes, they can pinch your eyelids. Also the lashes do not set very well. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all. Waste of £21!! Not happy Not easy at all to apply. Glue lashes would take me less time and look better.

Customer service is shocking, I sent an un used item still in the packaging and they are ignoring my emails that they have previously replied to. Clearly trying to keep hold of my money, even though there returns policy stats if it's un used and in packing, it can be sent back and a refund would be given.

Rubbish complete rubbish does not do what it says also has a vile smell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. asked to return no reply should not be allowed to rip genuine people off.

This is a horrible product. It’s false advertisement. They do not stick together through your lashes. I have contacted customer service and they are only offering a 25% refund even though I requested the return not even 24hrs after delivery. Very very disappointed. Would not buy from this company!

Waited forever for this to arrive. Had bought myself one and one for a gift.
I immediately tried it, as was so excited having seen the results online.. Eyes immediately started burning, lashes clumped and mascara all over my eyelid, tried to wash it off and as soon as there was a drop of water added, it was all over my face.
Two hours after washing off, my eyes are still stinging.
What a waste of money. Absolutely shocking product.

Not even one star for this shitty company; their products are crap! And you can’t return the items to get your money back. Plus I waited like forever and ever to even get the products.
Don’t buy anything from this company!

Do not buy! It will take over a month to receive.

When purchasing I saw it was shipped from the states. THIS IS NOT TRUE it literally comes from China! Terrible.

The service is okay, but the product is rubbish. The mascara runs all over the skin and is made of some chemical that is virtually impossible to remove. This happens almost immediately after application. Avoid at all costs!

I just want to leave a review about the site. It is all good, but when you want to cancel your booking, you can't find any link to do it. I think it shouldn't be so difficult and waste my time. Especially if they have a £25.00 late cancellation fee.

Joyce is an absolutely amazing eyelash technician. I had my lashes done for the first time and was super afraid that I wouldn’t be able to achieve a natural result. Joyce gave me a thorough consultation explaining what style would suit my eye shape best. I fully trusted her opinion and she had also showed me images of her previous work to understand exactly what I like and what I don’t like. Carminn has been my amazing lash technician since September - I am so happy with my lashes, I absolutely wouldn't go to anyone else! I have never had lashes that stay on as well for so long as when Carminn does them. I have 'Russians' and they always look so stunning. Carminn's lashes are the best in the business; she is also such a lovely person, chatting while she works is relaxed & enjoyable .
