Unclear pricing, slow delivery & not up to standard
The initial pricing was not clear once purchased on their website as it is not stated in US dollars. They provided a discount as compensation. After that, the delivery was slow and not tracked well enough. Even though the customer service was satisfactory, I wouldn't go through the hassle of purchasing this product again as it doesn't deliver what it advertises anyway. It is goopy and uneven.

I over ordered , customer service helped by giving me a discount. They always email me back. Service is great! The mascara is really nice in and easy to apply. Makes my lashes look longer.

My issue was the system did not…
My issue was the system did not recognize my decline of certain items offered when i submitted my order! I was able to reach customer service in a very timely manner and my issue was corrected/resolved. I had the absolute best Customer Care Agent which was refreshing because of the dwindling of really good customer service- she was the absolute BEST Ive encountered in an enormously long time.
