I was approached on Facebook by a stupid ad (as usual Facebook always seems to get me) but anyway my feed had an ad on there for this foam couch "Boneless Cloud Sofa" so I was like for like $15 what the heck no harm in that right?
I paid the $15, it was "guaranteed" to be shipped out within one business day less than one week later, 5 days later I get charged $55 from some business called Pinnacle Prime Sales.com.
The original company was called Lash Aura's which I thought was weird since I see nothing about lashes on there but back to the point. I never received the couch nor was refunded and now I tried to get my $55 back from the scam company just to find out that it's under a whole other company so Lash Aura's is a scam, Pinnacle Prime Sales is a scam, and so is their parent company Varnamo Promos Corp..
Beware, these companies are predators.

Edit: I also filed a claim with the FTC & BBB.

Scam website. I purchased a cloud sofa on January 20th it's now Feb. 4th and can't get a response to my emails. I paid for my order. I will contact the BBB

The lashes arrived in about a week, which worked out perfectly because I needed them for a 40th birthday party. I’m really glad they showed up on time. I ordered the natural set and they looked absolutely beautiful. Very lightweight, comfortable to wear, and they blended so well with my own lashes. I got so many compliments that night. Definitely worth it and I would order again.

Easiest lashes I’ve ever tried in 20 years

I bought a cross with a crown for 2179 something something like that and I have never received a package. I think this company is a scam. They told me to go to Shopify and I tried but it did not work. I don't know how to use the site

I seen them and knew i had to give them a ago, lovely lashes and such a clean application will be getting more.

My lashes did not make it for Christmas unfortunately but my sister loves them so all good

I placed an order for three necklaces, the cross/crown ones. Not only did they charge me $23.96, but i was also charged $10.35 for an extra necklace that I did not even order. I have reached out to them on two different occasions, and got no reply. I placed this order on December 5th, 2025. Today it is January 3, 2026. I have got no replies. This company is nothing but a scam. Do not order from them Period! You will not get your order.

Lashes look fabulous ordered last week received today just in time for christmas.

First order was delayed,they contacted me to rectify and have just received my lashes today.Great quality and v happy with them.

Order was to arrive in 3-6 days After 30 days never showed up. Filed claim with bank only to find out they set up re-occurring payments of $49.99 every 2-4 days to come out of my acct.

Ordered over 8 weeks ago, received email confirmation, yet still awaiting delivery! I have tried to contact via email on website with no response at all! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This company is a scam!!! We all know the items are coming from overseas and accept that. However when I tried to return the item the email bounced back. I found another customer service email and heard for over 2 months that I would be receiving a return process email. Still waiting. Lesson learned.

DO NOT order from this website. They are a scam and not a real company. I purchased two pairs of shoes for $115 and never received the order - it’s been a month. Since then they have charged my card $200!!! It’s marked as “recurring charges” on my bank statement. No one responds to my emails or calls, I’ve been trying for weeks. I had to go through my bank to get a refund & cancel the card. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO.

I ordered shoes on September 17th. I didn't receive so sent an email. I did receive a response with a tracking number. The tracking number was for a package that was delivered to California ( I live in Mass.) before I even placed my order. I was told they would rush my order to Mass. Since then no response to my emails, phone has never been answered, and I still don't have my shoes.

I ordered some shoes September 1st, they have taken money out of my account twice. I don’t have a shipping email, their support email doesn’t work (undeliverable) no one will answer the phone. Now I’m calling my bank to see what my options are! Do not order from this company!!!!
