Lasevia Scum

What can I say, these cyber criminals are absolute scum. I’ve reported them to the PSA after Vodafone hummed and hawed about who is responsible for this, I very much doubt I will see my £22.50 again. Lasevia you absolute shower of b@st@rds! Watch your phones people, don’t get caught out by this mob!

Total scam

Total scam! They have been charging me £4.50 a week and that money was added to my 02 phone bill. When I called they argued with me and insisted that I signed up to their website when I know for sure that I hadn’t. I’m absolutely disgusted by them !!!! I kept wondering what these texts were about but as I didn’t sign up to anything I wasn’t too worried. Only to see my phone bill sky high each month ! So so so annoyed and I can’t get my money back !!!

Total scam

Total scam ! I struggled to get money back from them (02 did refund me which was great) A Scottish chap (and he was a total argumentative moron) argued that I signed up for some nonsense audio book rubbish by clicking through a series of pop ups - all I did was close a pop up. Then they text you (spam asking if you want to stop) which any sensible person ignores . Took weekly payments of £4.50 for 7 weeks . This has to be illegal. Someone in lavesia should be brought to account . Disgrace .

Fraud!

Same as what everyone else is saying. I asked the man on the phone to send me proof that I accepted to this so called service, but he did not have anything to offer. I told him I will take this up further, and he wanted to hang up the phone. I then told him that I am recording this conversation (although I had not been lol) and he got scared and hung up. This is a fraud. Please may everyone report this because they are not giving the money back! Thieves! Also, is this only happening to o2 members? Or?

Scammers

Scammers, as with everyone else they charged me £4.50 a week for month using the payforit system.

The people that run this business should serve jail time.

Three haven't refunded me like with other people but I am in the last month of my contract, they also can't prevent this.

Scam company charging consumers £4.50…

Scam company charging consumers £4.50 weekly to their phone bills and hoping they won't notice. Refuses to refund these charges. Uses the insecure 'payforit' system to set up bogus subscriptions and claims that consumers consented to these charges. They didn't of course.

Been charged for this service and I have never heard of this company in my life. I didn’t subscribe and have no idea why I have been charged £4.50. No idea how they got my phone number and this is nothing more than a scam.

Be careful this is a scam

This company operates a scam. They took £4.50 from my account and claimed I had clicked twice on a link. Even if I did it is unacceptable behaviour. I will be reporting them to the authorities.

It is a scam.

Apparently I opted into this by agreeing to pay £4.50 per week online. No I did not, and I’m actually not sure what you get for your money. Or how you access it. As I can’t see to find a Books4You portal - that is linked to them with any content. O2 were no help. Apparently it’s not fraud. I think it is.
