I ordered a 3w gold gatling laser and it arrived with both ends broke and now they are stuck and my expander. It cost me over £120 pounds aswell. I have contacted them and they keep asking thr status of the laser so I will be returning them all for my £300 back.

My laser pointer, which is 3000mw 450nm gatling laser pointer, arrived with a bent negative terminal spring and the soldering that is supposed to hold it in broke off so therefore, it doesn't work. How do I fix this? Should I send it back? That's going to be a lot of wasted time for shipping. All I wanted to do was have fun. Please get back to me. I was surprised that the laser beam did not come with a battery.Fortunately I had a spare one otherwise it would have been useless

I ordered a laser with a payment method I wanted to change to another method. They were extremely helpful and I got my order a week later. The lasers have great quality and are as powerful as advertised if not more powerful. I will definitely order from Laserpointerstore again.

Great laser pointer, took 23 days to ship

Laser arrived withing 3 weeks, so far so good, working and powerfull.

Less than 2 weeks delivery to Ireland and absolutely no issues with customs . The laser build is top quality and the beam is super bright (Definitely what was promised, and more ! ).
All my questions were promptly answered by Emily, who could not have been any more helpful

No battery. No instructions on what battery to use came w it

I orderd a laser powermeter [SWLPM] Tracer 20W Laser Power Meters - Sanwu Lasers 1 $339.00 on October the 27th of 2023 And I received an answer on the 2nd of December : Unfortunately, we still require at least 2 more weeks before we can ship out the final product, we are tuning the machine for production of the laser power meters currently.

More than a 2 and a half months later no reply on my e-mails and still no delivery.
On the 19th of January i've received the mail that they could'nt deliver and asked if the version with smart app instead of display version is ok. I agreed and lets hope I receive this soon.
On January 30th still no tracking code and no delivery after 96 days.!!!!! Very disapointing :(

The laser pointer is an excellent product so far. The delivery did take 3+ weeks and came in a basic package that was beat up. The laser pointer was wrapped in a couple layers of bubble wrap so it was protected.
