BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!
They offer a discount when buying multiple sessions in advance. I experienced a reduction in hair growth so did not need to visit as frequently. On my last visit I was told 4 sessions had expired and they would not be honored. I raised my concern with head office who sent my complaint back to the store and was told there was nothing they could do.
Definitely an unfair business practice and an easy way for them to make money.

What a rip off! …

I recently had Botox at the Mandurah clinic. Rachael advised me to buy the $499.00 package for 55 units of Botox. I returned for my review today and informed Rachael that I was disappointed with the results as I still have a lot of lines and movement in my frown lines, forehead and around my eyes. I also have one eyebrow that is higher than the other. After spending some time scrolling through her phone to check my before photos, she informed me she only had one photo and it was a side profile so you couldn't see if I had one brow higher before. Anyway, she said she would fix that problem but not the other lines. I have been getting Botox for years now and the most I've had in the past has been 40 units and it has worked perfectly, leaving no lines at all! I would not recommend the Mandurah clinic as you can't even notice I've had Botox and Rachael was unwilling to resolve the concerns I had which is very unprofessional.
