I had BBL treatment done in Westfield Carousel. Diana was wonderful from start to finish. She carried out my treatment with exceptional care and professionalism, but what touched me most was the kindness and warmth she showed me. She took the time to listen, made sure I felt comfortable, and cared for me with such heart and dedication. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so valued and cared for. been a more than year having my laser and ski treatments from taylor at cragieburn clinic she is best and always tell me what is best for my skin and body. her services and recommendations were always top notch.

I would like to raise a formal concern regarding my disappointing experience with LCA Fountain Gate today.
I booked and fully paid for a Skinstitut 4 Step Aqua Facial for my friend who was trying LCA for the first time. Before our appointment, I even personally visited the clinic to confirm whether our bookings could be accommodated, and I was assured that they could.
However, when we arrived for our scheduled treatments, we were suddenly informed that the machine was unavailable and that my friend would have to settle for a different, downgraded treatment, microdermabrasion, instead of the service we had booked and paid for.
This is completely unacceptable and embarrassing. My friend has a photoshoot scheduled for Friday, which is why we carefully planned and set aside our Saturday to have these treatments done. We trusted that LCA would honour our confirmed bookings, especially after I personally went to the clinic to verify everything beforehand.
What disappointed me even more was the lack of customer service. Instead of offering a proper solution or making an effort to accommodate us, we were simply told to cancel or rebook. We had already paid for the service, made time for the appointment, and planned our day around it.Being informed at the last minute that the equipment was unavailable is not something customers should have to deal with, particularly when the booking had already been confirmed.
Honestly, this experience makes me question how the clinic manages its bookings and values its customers. It felt as though there was no genuine effort to retain our business or provide a satisfactory resolution. It is frustrating to experience this, especially when we were ready and willing to proceed with our paid treatments.
I am particularly disappointed because I introduced my friend to LCA, and this was her very first experience with the clinic. Instead of a positive experience, I was left feeling embarrassed for recommending your services.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously, look into what happened at the Fountain Gate branch, and address the customer service issues with the staff involved. Customers deserve clear communication, professional service, and appropriate solutions when a business cannot deliver a confirmed booking.
I would appreciate a proper explanation of what happened and how LCA intends to resolve this matter.

expressed concerns about hair growth in certain areas at every appointment for well over 6 months and was dismissed, told to buy more packages. Was given constant conflicting information. Eascalated to the manager there who is honestly horrible, seemingly put together a plan for me and discussed next steps forward to have a good treatment and then the first session of that plan, which was meant to be with her (specifically booked a date with her) to then not hsvr the appointment with her and have her come in to tell me she was "abandoning her other client" to talk to me - I WAS HER CLIENT I WAS BOOKED IN WITH HER, SHE DID ANOTHER APPOINTMENT INSTEAD.
then spoke to the owner who had 0 care about the customer experience at all, provided me incorrect information from the notes on file, and didnt know how to manage a complaint to save herself

Been getting my laser done for over a year now with Nikita, followed her from CBD clinic to Karrinyup highly recommend so thorough & professional.

Do not book to have laser treatment at Browns Plains!!

The manager is an absolute piece of work to deal with. Take your business elsewhere where they will provide good customer service and won't be rude to you.

I was told by staff when I purchased the package that ringing the day before your treatment to change/reschedule your appointment would be fine, just not on the actual day.

I needed to reschedule my appointment as something came up and rang to change (fully the day before my booking), only to be told by the manager that I would be charged a fee that was 1/2 of the treatment cost. I have never changed or asked to reschedule an appointment before, and when I queried this fee which I consider to be quite steep he ended up being quite rude to me.

I'd give this clinic a zero star rating if I could. Don't get stung like me and go elsewhere if you need treatment.

The Service provided is very professional and staff are lovely. I’m doing my laser treatment on legs and my hair growth has reduced a lot and staff Shirin is very friendly, kind & professional. Her Services are best and reduced my hair growth. I also did my skin exfoliate which left my skin clean & soft. Booking and rescheduling are easy and everyone co-operative. Looking forward for more appointments. Happy with Service.

Very bad experience. Very non serious and unprofessional staff. Very bad customer service.

The staff at my local store (Dubbo) have been nothing but professional, nice, laid back and accommodating. I have PMOS and endo and have for years just shaved. I thought that laser was too expensive, back in the day it was! I now know I probably should of just copped the bill and went with it because it's been a life savior.

Going into the store, I have severe anxiety and I know all too well that they experience this day in day out but its still quite embarrassing! They made me feel at ease, they didn't laugh, they didn't pick on faults... smooth voices, and just lovely.

I have no recommended them to a few people who have even gone there as well! It's well worth it and if someone is thinking of doing it - do it.

I only get my neck and face done and it's taken a long time but... its manageable now! every 8 weeks I have to go back like compared to shaving twice a day... its a miracle.

The staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed with my treatment. The advise I received for my after care was very thorough and detailed.

The treatments are good but the staff don't respond to emails or phone calls. I've been trying to contact them to make an appointment via email or phone call and neither method has been answered. Do you actually want customers or do you want to go out of business? Not answering the phone or emails is the fastest way to ensure you lose customers and you go out of business.

Honestly its waist of money and time you better off paying private gym instructor.
I had coolsculpt done at Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, they altered and change the shape of my stomach and now i have loose skin that wasnt mention to after i had procedure done. I did not have loose skin on day of procedure yes i had small roll of fat enough to suck up into the aplicator.
Only risk mention was PAH they did even send my waiver to me they kept it untill I asked for it.

They get you sign a waiver and take photos on worse angel possible thats there proof for afterwards.
They use a old dated machine much more up to date machines around other businesses.

I left in a lot of pain could not even put my shoes on afterwards. I went in with loose denim skirt and left on day with it tight.. 5 days numbing sensation they said. I was in pain for upto 5 weeks then had biggest belly bigger then when i had procedure done. I rang several times to complain something was wrong. They never recorded all phone calls on my file.
All they did was reassure me and pop me under red light therapy for 10-20 mins.
They dont offer skin tightening machines which are in my opinion unpredictable of correcting the loose skin.
I now have a bigger extended stomach the clinic WILL not give you a refund.

Your better off at gym and impleting RF Micro Needling to go along side exercising dont do COOLSCULPT you will regret it.

cryolipolysis (CoolSculpting) can cause uneven fat distribution or a condition called Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH), which makes the treated area look larger or firmer.

Francisers are in it for the money. Well my well earn money disfigured my body now it looks worse.
I have look at the reminder of damage they contributed in.
They also apply many applications in the one setting where other clinics do it in 1-2 sessions at a time.

They offer liposuction well that means more lose skin!!
I never went back after my experience as i suffer with bad anxiety in the end i had to except what i had once trusted never again.

Im tall i was a slim size 12 now i need go up size to hide the extended stomach.
I had procedure done on Mothers day 12 months ago what present they gave me!
Just a science experment if you want risk visiting that store.
Instead go do shopping and grab coffee is much safer.

Laser Clinics Australia Burwood burned my skin!!! They kept pushing me their products and when I raised concerns they told me it gets better but didn’t. Bella didn’t know how to properly the chemical peels and panicked mid procedure and had to call her manager. I have been trying to get in contact to no avail!!!

I’ve been getting laser for years at multiple different services and as a bigger girl i’ve had majority experiences in the beauty industry where i’ve felt judged and uncomfortable or like i didn’t belong. For an industry that’s supposed to empower women and help them feel confident that has never been my experience.

Although Elise at Laser Clinics Narellan and Macarthur has been amazing! I’ve been seeing her for around 6 years now and i genuinely won’t go to anyone else. From day one she’s always made me feel comfortable in myself. She is kind welcoming and never makes me feel self-conscious. Every appointment feels like catching up with someone who genuinely cares about her clients.

Elise has completely changed the way i feel about attending appointments like these. She creates a safe and positive environment where you can truly be yourself and that’s something that is hard to find.

Do not leave a consultation deposit with this store! The will do everything possible to not refund it if you don’t go ahead with their service. Very quick and easy to take deposit, must liaise with Manager for over two weeks to refund. Not good business practice.

Absolutely appalled by my experience at Laser Clinics Bondi Junction. From the moment I walked in, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and had zero compassion or professionalism.

I was pressured into doing a Brazilian laser appointment while on my period after already explaining beforehand I could only do legs. I was publicly told to “just put a tampon in” in front of other customers — humiliating, invasive, and completely inappropriate. As a woman, I should not have to defend my body, period, or personal boundaries in a clinic environment.

The treatment itself was rushed, painful, and lacked any communication or care. When I said the laser was too hot, I was told “well your hair is very thick.” No empathy whatsoever.

To make things even worse, after I left, I was falsely accused of not paying and made to return to the clinic. As a mixed-race Black woman with braids, this felt deeply racially profiled and discriminatory. I have never felt so humiliated after a service in my life.

I left feeling degraded, unsafe, and completely disrespected. Avoid this clinic if you value professionalism, dignity, and basic human decency.
