They are not transparent that they…

They are not transparent that they don't not have medical grade lasers.
Therefore the only thing their lasers do is draw out the pigment but their lasers will never qualify in strength, to remove what can be gone in 3 visits if you go to a specialised clinic that offers Medical Grade Lasers not Cosmetic

I visited the Albury Clinic to have…Cool sculpting

I visited the Albury Clinic to have Cool sculpting completed in my arms, the lady who performed the treatment was wonderful however in the weeks/ months afterward I notice bumps and waves in the skin and did not see any results at all.
I reported this to the laser clinic and was told to come in for an assessment, when I arrived I was greeted with stares and whispers from the staff, I was the only client in the clinics and not a single one at reception and not a single staff member said hello, after a few moments and checking in I went to notify them that I was there for my appointment and they just said "we know" so I took a seat.
The "manager" greeted me and took me through where she looked at my arms and asked what the issue was, I explained and this is where it gets interesting.. she then proceeded to tell me misinformation to support her story, I know this because I am an educator in skin science, I have a high degree of knowledge in this area and what she was telling me was complete misinformation, When I questioned her further about my situation ( I did not tell her my background ) She delved deeper and deeper into her story. I was gobsmacked that a person in her position did not understand the basics of the skin or she was just telling a story to favor laser clinics?.
She also told me that she could not complete an assessment because she did not have a doctor on hand (why she asked me in when she couldn't completely is beyond me)
It then gets so much worse, I have since had multiple people advise me about their situation with Albury laser clinics, One had a fresh immature burn on her face and was sold a package deal for micro-needling.... this service cannot be performed on immature burns it will have catastrophic consequences for this person skin.

Another who had white body hair was sold a package for hair removal when the laser is not effective on white hair.

Needless to say Laser clinics Albury are ripping people off and the staff are not adequately trained to be performing services on the skin when they do not understand basic skin theory.
They will say and sell you anything to make a buck. If I did not have the knowledge in the skin that I do then I can see how easy it would be for them to manipulate clients and sell them anything.

I would steer clear of LCA at all costs.

To this day, I have advised LCA of my complaint and have received no response.

If you feel that you have been given wrong information or been taken advantage of by LCA then I strongly suggest making a complaint to the ACCC or the Health complaints commissioner
