Very professional service and life changing results!

Staff are always so lovely and helpful. Treatment rooms are clean and cool and the Lazer hair removal is so good and reasonably priced

Betty was very accommodating and welcoming, my laser hair removal didn't take long and she gave me a tip to use more of my laser aid aftercare product in this heat to keep the area cooler so it can heal quicker. Everyone is very friendly at it's very affordable too.

This is the worst laser hair removal experience I’ve ever had. I’ve noticed a decline in service and procedures since going to the Chelmsford branch, mind you I’ve been using Laser Clinics since the Stratford branch opened years ago. The staff turnover is insane, which I think speaks for itself. They never use a pencil or highlighter to mark the area they are treating. Often forget to apply laser aid or SPF or will hand you some on a cotton pad to apply yourself. Settings are never spoken about before hand which means results are not effective. Staff behave dismissively and seem like they would rather be elsewhere towards POC. I will now be seeking sessions at another company. Prices have increased whilst quality and knowledge decreased which is a shame. I recommend going elsewhere if you want to see results.

Excellent laser appointment with Faye at the Newcastle Clinic. Laser was comfortable and Faye was very professional and explained thoroughly about the procedure.
I dropped a star due to the shortage of staff on reception when i arrived and there being no customer toilet !! ( I had to go out of the clinic and across the street to McDonalds, not ideal)
I would use again and recommend to friends despite this.

I’ve had seven laser hair removal sessions at the Stratford branch, and my experience has been excellent. Zana is incredibly professional, thorough, and always makes sure I feel comfortable throughout each appointment. Before every treatment, she carefully checks that it is safe to proceed and takes the time to remind me of all the important aftercare instructions.

I am very happy with both the service I’ve received and the results I’ve seen so far. Zana’s attention to detail and friendly approach make every session a positive experience. I would highly recommend booking your treatments with Zana if you’re considering laser hair removal at the Stratford branch.

Poonam is highly skilled and handled my sensitive skin so well. I couldn't recommend her more to anyone worried about eczema and laser hair removal.

Hi I had a laser treatment this morning for male Brazilian and I believe buttocks. I saw someone as she was down from Coventry branch.
I'm guessing this was her first male Brazilian and I fully understand it's not easy for a young girl in a room with a gentleman with his privates on show.
The treatment once it started lasted probably a minute and probably only 5 or 6 blasts with the laser. It was mainly just my groin area and a couple of blasts on the testicles where in fact most of the hair growth still exists. It appeared that she could'nt get done quick enough and although I'm ok with that I would have thought a bit more care like I have had previously. Having said this she was very polite although a little nervous of which I do understand. I am sure this will improve given time.

I cannot recommend Zana enough at the Laser Clinics Stratford Westfield location. As this was my first time having laser treatment, I was quite nervous, but she has made the entire experience so smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. She is incredibly professional, thorough, and always pays close attention to my needs, making me feel completely at ease during every session. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she is also such a warm and lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and feel very lucky to have Zana as my laser therapist. She is a real credit to the team and deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides.

The clinic was very clean and tidy and out of all of the times I’ve been there, Noemia was the best staff member in terms of kindness and being caring. She would ask if the treatment felt okay and informed me of every step of the way. She was very sweet and would do the laser treatment slower if needed. Very nice and understanding person.

Had my first session of laser hair removal with Loredana , so nice and welcoming , explaining all processes from the beginning to the end , made me feel so comfortable.

I do not recommend the clinic. They did not let me take my last 2 appointments saying the sessions have expired. Nevertheless they gave me the appointment and just when I was there they request to pay again.
I consider this is not fair with the clients, the clinic should let the clients know that before, and do not answer that is the clients responsability.
They are taking my money and do not offer the service as it should be.
I am really disapointed and I do not recommend the place.

I honestly feel like I've been mugged off here. I booked 12 sessions (armpits & hollywood) - each session was SO short, it seemed impossible they got each area of hair. I'd try to be descriptive about the regrowth, so I sometimes had more attention to detail, depending on the person.

A few weeks after my sessions, I can barely notice the difference from when I started. Yes, some bits are thinner, but areas I could tell they didn't want to do in detail, are back as normal. A joke. I would recommend if you want laser you pay more to go somewhere better.

I had a great experience with Lorena. She was very professional throughout the entire appointment and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She was gentle with my skin, took her time, and paid close attention to detail. Her care and professionalism really stood out, and I was very happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and considerate practitioner.

I booked a microdermabrasion facial which I was really looking forward to. My mum is a qualified facialist and has performed this treatment on me many times before with great results, so I’m very familiar with what to expect.

During the consultation, the therapist at Laser Clinics questioned why I had booked microdermabrasion at all, stating that she wouldn’t recommend it as the machines are “bad” and ineffective. I found this approach quite unprofessional and surprising, especially as I had already booked and paid for the treatment. Instead, she tried to persuade me to upgrade to a hydrafacial, which is significantly more expensive.

The treatment itself was very disappointing. Out of the 30-minute appointment, the microdermabrasion was only performed for around 5 minutes and was done in a very rough manner, with noticeable pulling on my skin. Having experienced this treatment many times before, I can confidently say this was far from the standard I expected. It also wasn’t applied evenly across my entire face.

After this, I was placed under a light for approximately 15 minutes. Once the light turned off, I was left unattended in the room for an additional 5 minutes before I eventually had to go to reception to find out what was happening, as the therapist appeared to have forgotten about me.

Overall, the experience was extremely poor and unpleasant. Given the lack of professionalism and the quality of the treatment, I would not return to Laser Clinics or recommend their services to others.

I’ve had Zana for my past 3 sessions and she is so wonderful! So thorough and fast with my treatments. An absolute delight! Would 100% recommend her and laser clinics xx
