I had an appointment booked for a half-face laser treatment at the promotional price of £27.50. The clinic contacted me to reschedule because they advised that, due to the heatwave, it wouldn't be safe to have the treatment at that time. I completely understood and agreed to move my appointment.
Before rescheduling, I specifically asked if I could still pay the promotional price on the day of my new appointment, and I was assured that I could. However, when I attended the following week, I was charged £55, which was double the agreed price.
What upset me most wasn't the staff, as I understand they may not have control over expired promotions. It was the fact that I was told one thing and then something completely different happened. If the promotional price couldn't be honoured, I would have appreciated being told honestly rather than finding out at the payment desk.
I've been a loyal client of Laser Clinics for a long time, and this is the first time I've had an experience like this. It's very disappointing, and I hope this feedback helps ensure better communication with customers in the future.
I have already shared a review explaining how my experience with the Laser Clinics Milton Keynes branch left me over £300 out of pocket due to what I believe was dishonest and unprofessional handling of my case.
I also wanted to warn others about something else that I feel may have been helpful for me to know beforehand; Many negative reviews receive a response from the clinic saying they will get in touch to resolve the issue. In my experience, that never happened. Despite their public reply, I was never contacted, which left me feeling that the response was more about managing their online reputation than genuinely helping customers.
Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering spending money here to do their research first and proceed with caution. Unfortunately, I found the service disappointing, unprofessional, lacking in honesty, and lacking customer interest at the heart of it. I would not recommend it.

This is the second time on this occasion but third or fourth time they have rescheduled my microdermabrasion facial since i have used their services.
I understand sickness happen but repeated episodes! They need medical care if sickness rate is that high.
They cannot provide this service and should be honest about it and just not sell this on their website. Is there no government company who looks at the standard of practice for this industry? I would like to report them to watchdog or something for their behaviour.
I have been going to Laserclinics for 3 years now. Recently, I have been with the same laser technician, Anna, she is so bubbly and very meticulous when doing the laser. I can really say that my hair growth has slowed down and i only go for maintenance! I highly recommend.
Some therapists are not professional because they do the treatment so quick that the pace of their hand movement is faster than the pace of the shots. Therefore, the shots don't lie stuck to each other, and the body is not fully covered. However, some theropists do the treatment patiently and carefully to cover almost the whole body. I always feel concerned if a professional theropist is going to do my treatment or an unprofessional person.

This is a scam company. everyone writing positive reviews is only part way through their treatment or shortly completed. It is only after a year that you realise the results are 100% temporary. This is , as another reviewer has said, due to deliberately using low settings. If you ask the technicians about settings they have a company fed standard response: "it is in line with our company's processes". Or "we're not allowed to discuss the settings with clients". Both responses were given to me when I attended.
I paid £2000 for full body laser. The results should be at least 80% lasting for 10 years. But after 1 year the hair is visible everywhere. It is patchy but this is also down to poor technique by staff. Ive written a review before. One technician was great, the others hit and miss when it came to ensuring all areas were covered.
Why I call it a scam is because they also failed to honour the full package!! I didn't get all of my sessions. I have written a formal complaint before and with an initial promising reply I then heard NOTHING for a year. Please find another REPUTABLE clinic and stay away from laser clinics UK!

I’ve been attending the Cambridge branch for my laser treatments, and while the treatment itself has been good, the appointment management has been incredibly disappointing.
On numerous occasions, my appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic. Today was particularly frustrating—I received a call from the Coventry branch just one hour before my appointment, by which point I had already driven into town, paid for parking, and prepared for my treatment. I was then told they were short-staffed and asked to reschedule.
This isn’t an isolated incident; it’s happened several times. I organise my schedule around these appointments, and because I work during the week while the clinic is open, weekends are my only option. Last-minute cancellations are incredibly inconvenient and stressful especially 2 weeks before a holiday.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Laser Clinics emphasises the importance of attending laser appointments consistently to achieve the best results. Regularly cancelling customers’ appointments completely defeats that purpose. We pay thousands of pounds for these treatments and should be able to rely on the service we’ve paid for.
Despite all of this, I want to give a special mention to Preet at the Cambridge branch. She was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to fit me into my usual appointment time after the cancellation, and throughout my visit she was professional, kind, and reassuring. She was also left to manage the clinic on her own for the entire day, which is unfair on both her and the customers. Thank you, Preet, for providing such excellent service despite the circumstances.
My issue is not with the staff at the Cambridge branch—it’s with the repeated poor scheduling and lack of adequate staffing. I sincerely hope management addresses this, as customers deserve a far more reliable service.
