If I could give them a negative stars I WOULD! The crap they sent me was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the photos. On some of the tshirt dresses, they didn’t even spell words correctly. Material is SUPER cheap. Reached out over and over for a refund and only offered 20%discount which I NEVER received. I spent almost $400 and to ship the crap back would’ve cost over $300. I couldn’t even give the crap away. Tossed it in the garbage. STRAIGHT TRASH SITE!!!

Took Company 4 months to send 3 of the dresses I purchased. No invoice was in the bag and there is no way to contact the company. Do not purchase from this company. The dress sizes were off ( too small ) and you will be stuck with whatever they send you if they send it. There is no way to report to the BBB. They are taking peoples money. Very bad business.

I returned a order in September of 2019. First the return shipping cost $25 which was extremely unfortunate since the package shipped from the US. This company forces consumers to return to China, so consumers are unable to receive any tracking info for returns. They then claim they never receive you package so they can keep your money. PayPal allows this company to robbed consumers because they claim packages are held up at customs when they know they are robbing customer out their money. I don’t think they should be able to do business in the US because they pretend to be a US company but you can’t find anything or even protect yourself as a consumer. This website is a scam and I will not rest until they are exposed.

DELIVERY TAKES A MONTH OR MORE & REFUND AFTER WAITING 2MONTHS STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN IT & HAVEN'T HERD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM CONCERNING MY RETURN OF ITEM & REFUND. When trying to report them to the Better Business Bureau I could not find an address for Lasbella to even report them.
