Brought two daggers and one sword.

All three items failed safety check. 3 separate marshals involved and all were extremely apologetic and said companies like this one are unfortunately profiting off people getting into LARP.

Requested a refund but was told they would not accept items because it was opened.

Poor foam quality and density. Visible damage after a 10 minute light sparring session. Paint job was messy too.

Avoid at all costs.

The weapon I bought failed its safety inspection and the merchant is refusing to take responsibility. They are ignoring evidence of the failure and leaving me out of pocket. Dishonest business practices. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered an item as a potential stock product for my store. A week later, when I queried why it hadn’t shipped yet, I got an automated response that they had taken the entire month off!! This is in fact a subsidiary of Southern Swords, which is another notoriously awful online shop. Avoid.

Always amazing service and quick delivery.

Used larp warriors repeatedly since 2017 totalling 10 orders and every time they have been great with quick dispatch and very competitive pricing (often slightly cheaper than other places).

They do occasionally have issues where an item isn't in stock when it says it is or is on back order but have always refunded quickly when this is the case and still delivered the rest of an order.

Honestly a pleasure to do business with.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SISTER COMPANY, Southern Swords.

They're dreadful at keeping track of their stock levels, they have a habit of sending out replacement items that are "close enough" without warning and they're terrible at communicating any issues or responding to any complaints..

And god forbid you have to return something, they won't provide a returns label even when it's their issue and if you do pay the return postage they're unlikely to refund the full amount.

I've never been able to place an order on either site without there being an issue..

Save yourself the headache and avoid them like the plague.
