Ordered boots from this company

Ordered boots from this company. When they did arrive the boots were three sizes to small and extremely narrow. I attempted to contact the company via multiple emails and through their Facebook as per their return policy, but the company never responded. I had to initiate a grievance through my credit card company in an effort to get my money back.
***Update***
I raised the review to three stars. The company reached out to me a month after my second email to them claiming it had gone into their spam folder, but also conveniently cited the Trustpilot review I left them. They offered a full refund without having to return the boots.
