Ya, I should’ve known better. Received my item but it is not at all what I ordered. When you go to website to do a refund there is no link to begin a refund, u just have to go through support, which does not respond. SCAMMERS

The products arrived ( the two of three items ) after more of three weeks and the third has not yet been delivered , I cannot track the item because the link is wrong and after more of a month has not yet arrived!
The support is awfull and not helpfull at all.
The quallity has nothing to do as seen from the pictures. You cannot make any changes or return when the products are on sale.

Write to Larmossi every day, bombard them with claims and complaints.
1 star is also too much...honestly I think I was naive. not ascertaining the origin of the goods.
I ordered a jacket (ok, faux suede, I was aware of that) dark brown suede, from what the picture showed, 84 euros.
I received some kind of sweatshirt, light brown, bad!
I wrote to ask how to make a refund and customer support responds with refund policy link; they don't accept refund request unless the goods are damaged. I replied explaining (with photos) that the jacket I received was totally different from how it was shown on the site and they...disappear!
Much better Shein or Temu, I was scammed!
of course then I learned that the goods were coming from China...service bordering on indecent.
They put posts on FB and Instagram without comments (because they delete them)

Expensive China shop and very untrustful.
You can order same stuff at Temu and pay 50% less.

I bought two sweaters from larmossi.com. They were not labeled with washing instructions or what they were made of. There was no paperwork inside the package and no return address! I contacted customer support and asked for a return address, but I never received one! No one should buy anything from this brand!! The package came from China!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service. The website states that the items can only be returned if they looks different from the pictures shown on their website. That was the case. The product I received is completely different to what is shown in the pictures on the website. I have already written 3 emails to which I have not received a reply. These are shameless scammers, no one should order here!

This company is a scammer. They didn't provide the goods and don't want to return the money. I'm going to sue them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Goods look nothing like photos…cheap products from China!!

It’s a scam. I have never received my shoes. After several email exchange they keep tell me I can choose another item as they do not want to refund me.

SCAM COMPANY! I received 3 of the 4 items I ordered. Out of the 3, 1 was damaged and 2 had discrepancies from what was described. When I requested a refund, they waited until after the "30 day" after my shipment arrived to respond. Paypal is no help because it has been more than 30 days from shipment arrival date even though the request was initiated before the 30 day. I am now trying my CC company because I don't think this company should be allowed to get away with such shady dealings.

The worst company. Do not do business with them! If there’s any issue with your order, you will never get your money and it will take forever for them to even respond.

Half of my order did not arrive. When I asked for the refund of my money, it took them a month to offer me a store credit. I don’t wanna store credit. I want my money.

If I could give them zero stars I would.

My order arrived, looked completely different to the picture of jeans shown and they don't fit, so I requested a return email and contact form, not heard anything back!:not happy, fraudsters DO NOT USE! I'm doing a claim now against them

Total scam: a month later received totally different poorest quality top, tried to contact them no answer. Just keep dragging replying to my emails in several days. Called my bank and paypal to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER!! Will regret. I wonder how they still exist.

Absolutely scammer! You pay them and never get what you ordered. They just collect your money/ cheep scammers. It’s fake site. They don’t have any item for the site. Be aware!!!!! First time in my life someone cheating me like that. Very angry. I will send them to the court.

I received a sweater that was a totally different color than pictured and zero paperwork was included. After several attempts to get a return address, I finally called my bank and canceled the payment. I just wanted to exchange for a new color and was literally ignored after 6 email attempts to obtain a return address. The worst company ever. Don't do it.

Very poor quality, the product I got is completely different from the description or photos on the sellers' site. Shipping was extremely slow—far too long. I contacted them several times regarding the return procedure, but there was no response or communication at all! I have submitted a complaint to PayPal—currently in progress. I will never buy from Larmossi (or anything similar) again.

Definitely scam! Do not order from Larmossi. Clothing that you get dose not look like on the picture at all , horrible quality, no tags . I trow my money in the trash .

False representation of the product, quality at the lowest level, which is made in China. They do not respond and will not accept returns. Do not fall for the purchase on this site. They should be reported and closed

After bombarding them with emails ,finally got the goods.
Nothing like what they show on Instagram .Total con ,they put pictures from other sites ,no labels inside ,indicating the composition of products.Inother words some Chinese company doing mass production for them , quality is absolutely third rate.Regret buying of Instagram.
