Despite me losing all my insurance information the Lark Music team were able to quickly find my information and assist me with updating the details of my son's instrument, and clarify some questions I had about the coverage.

Peace of mind protecting your collection
I was transferred to Lark after my previous insurer stopped insuring musical instruments. I have found them to be very reasonably priced to cover my small collection, with the staff being extremely helpful when I need to make a change to my cover. I've not had to make a claim, thankfully, but I have peace of mind that Lark have me covered.

Everything was fine. The only thing I find frustrating is that I can't set an annual automatic renewal for my policy. It means I have to remember each year and every time go through process of adding card details etc
