I purchased a necklace from Lark and Berry as a birthday present. Unfortunately, there was an administrative error that meant that it was not going to be delivered on time as promised and that as a result, we would have left the country without the gift. After discussing this with Lark&Berry, we agreed to reroute delivery to my holiday destination. Unfortunately, this caused more problems when the delivery got lost in customs. Throughout the process, Stevlana was responsive and on hand immediately to fight for me and ensure things were moving. In the end we were able to ensure delivery, not only at no extra cost to me, but also they provided a free gift for the additional trouble. Whilst circumstances around the delivery were far from ideal, Lark and Berry demonstrated exceptional customer service, and I would definitely use them again on the back of this experience.

Had a great experience today at Lark & Berry . My friend & I were both have second lobe piercings and I especially, was super nervous. Svetlana really took her time, didn’t make us feel rushed, allowed us to take so much time choosing our earring jewellery and then making sure the piercing was perfectly placed. The piercing itself was very quick and & very smooth - I hardly felt a thing and surprised myself at how painless & smooth the whole procedure was . Svetlana was so calm & reassuring & talked through every step of the process . We were provided with lovely refreshments & treats and it was just overall a great experience. Really great selection of jewellery to choose from too. We will be back!

I am very happy with my experience at Lark&Berry especially with Emily who supported me through the whole buying experience. I bought a bracelet and an engagement ring. I was very afraid of the whole process especially considering I did not have the possibility to visit the shop often. Emily was able to give me support and advice plus the interaction via email was quick and spot on! I am very happy with the final result. Very much recommended!

Good customer service. After a slight misunderstanding, they explained things clearly. Earrings were delivered promptly and securely.
The quality of the earrings was very good, a bit hard to open but once in they felt lovely and safe.

I purchased a pair of earrings on line with a request to ship to Paris. The store asked me to provide a copy of my passport to proceed with the shipment which I refuse to provide (I buy plenty of articles on line and never had to provide a copy of my passport and for security reasons I would always refuse to do so). The store refused to ship and refuse to refund. Right now the claim is with my bank as a fraudulent operation. I guess the store is ok if you go and shop with them but I would not recommend if you need the article to be shipped

The hoop is pretty but is hard to open! Had very hard time getting it off ear once on. It took a lot of pulling and was hard to grip well on ear.

Saw earrings from here on Instagram. Had been looking for something like these for ages - decided to call to the shop next time I was in London. The staff were really helpful and I left that day with three new earrings. Went back a few days later, bought another & put in an order for another to be made. Then once home ordered another! Throughout, the staff could not have been more helpful- whether in store or answering questions on IG & emails.
