Fab company! Shoes came next day on one order even though I selected general delivery which was great, and on another order they upgraded my delivery to next day so I would get ahead of the bank holiday weekend. Their customer service is fantastic when needing to speak to someone. Returns were really easy (ordered multiple sizes of shoes) and they process the actual refund so quickly! Would 100% recommend and will be ordering from again

I wouldn’t give even a star have purchesed a pair of Alexander McQueen trainers from Lariza and the stiches is coming off. I have bought them one year and a month ago ,contacted the company but they asked me to cantact The brand directly as they are not able to help. They can look into purchases up to 1 year old and the trainers i have bought from their store are 1 year and 1 month.
Quite disappointed as you can not expect for the stiches to come off on a pair of expensive and luxury trainers which are used only occasionally.
I own different pairs of Alexander Mcqueen bought from flannels but i never had this issue .I can understand that the trainers can wear off with the time but not the stiches unless is a manufacture fault or the item i was sold is faulty.

I received my boots in very quick time and they were packaged beautifully!

Great value and fast delivery. Genuine Alexander McQueen shoes at a great price. Ultimately the size was a little large but the returns and refund process was so easy. I ended up buying another pair of shoes and have every confidence in Larizia as a retailer.
