Alan Wallaker and Joe Manns-Benson piloted us through the purchase of our home in the Kent countryside with great skill and persistence. It wasn't the easiest job for several reasons: we were buying from abroad so needed an expat mortgage, it was a new build, and construction got delayed. Ten out of ten to these guys for finding the best value loan for us and staying on it! Super grateful and recommend whole heartedly.

As a UK citizen based in the US trying to buy a buy-to-let in London, I was introduced to Caroline Burke (by my brother who'd successfully used Caroline to secure a property in France) as a last chance saloon.

I had exhausted dealing directly with banks & other brokers, got deep into to the process with one only for them to say at the last minute the lender wouldn't deal with the development I was trying to invest in (which they knew in advance) ... and really this was the last roll of the dice.

Caroline was very clear from the beginning with what she/LargeMortgageLoans could or couldn't do, was efficient in getting back to me and further managed to secure a better rate than I'd previously been quoted.

When going through the information/paperwork gathering process, Anita (Mackney) then picked up the reigns and was equally as efficient in getting back to me, communicating with the lender and keeping up the momentum over a tricky timeline when rates were going up.
