Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, as all the other reviewers are saying.

For instance, in my first session the doc was an hour late. Then he was on the phone to what he later revealed was his relatives in Pakistan while I was lying down waiting for my treatment to commence!

I wasted £2500 overall and didn't see any improvement to my pigmentation problems.

Emails are never responded to or phone calls answered. Website does not work.

A very unprofessional outfit! Stay clear!

AVOID and REPORT this company

Had the WORST experience with this company and looks like I'm not alone. They conned me out of my hard earned money, and refused to listen to me when I told them treatments were not working.
For those who have had similar experience and are looking at legal action, please update on if you've had success. Does reporting to bank help?

LYING THIEVES STOLE MY MONEY

I came to this clinic looking for a lightening cream but in my consultation dr kasim told me this cream wouldn’t be safe for me and convinced me to go for laser treatments for dark marks I have on my body. We agreed to pay 250 per session for 6 sessions. On my 2nd session without any prior notice a manager and another woman called Sidra started telling that prices had basically doubled to about 550 and i was trying to explain to them that dr kasim and i had agreed on 250 and i wasn’t told at my consultation that this price could change (by dr Kasim who has conveniently disappeared since my consultation very dodgy seems planned) They then suggested i pay a lump sum amount of 2550 which i was really hesitant to pay as i’m a student and didn’t want to spend half my savings but i was really insecure about these marks. It felt like they preyed on my insecurities as a nurse there was telling me she had dark marks and had the same treatment i had and hers went away completely she and dr kasim guaranteed me results. I was hesitant but after over an hour of talking to the managers (which wasted a lot of my time but this was a big decision to make)and trying to compromise a good price i decided to pay 2250 as he told me they wouldn’t go any lower than that otherwise they’d lose money and i really just wanted to see results. i ended up having to reschedule my 2nd session for the following week, as I had spent a lot of time talking and I couldn’t stay longer as I now had to go to work. When i had the second session the nurse was nice however she didn’t have all the equipment needed to do my treatments as she said managers hadn’t given it to her. This made me very annoyed as i just shelled out a lot of money which the managers knew but the nurse was very nice and professional and gave me an alternative so i decided to let it go. At my third session just before we started I was handed a consent form on an iPad which was weird as i didn’t sign anything at the consultation. I had a quick read through and I saw one of the points that I would’ve signed to was that they could been unsatisfactory results and other dangerous things like burns and fire risks which i wasn’t warned about prior. This was shocking to read, as i wasn’t told in the consultation that there could be little to 0 results. I refused to sign and didn’t have my session. I then saw a real professional dermatologist who actually revealed to me that the laser treatments i had been having at larc were ineffective on my skin type and would bear no results and could actually damage my skin!
she even recommended the same exact cream i was asking dr kasim for in my consultation!
I have since used her services as she is an actual dermatologist not like these greedy con artists at larc
I then returned to the clinic and told a manager called Harry that i wanted to stop my remaining sessions and get a refund which he agreed to and said he would call in few days with an update now i see he had no intention of doing this as he never called back and was in a rush to leave with his jacket and bag on and probably just told me that so i’d be out of his hair. I heard nothing a full week later and then I went back to the clinic and spoke to a manager called Sidra who was very apologetic about my experience and told me to write it up and that she would put it through the complaints service and gave me her contact details but I guess that was an act so i’d leave again as she’s now ghosting me. I found a managers email on the website called ibrahim hussain who i emailed my complaint to and he quickly fobbed me off to an inactive/fake email which larc have on here which i emailed my complaint to weeks ago now and there has been no response. They think they can take my money and ghost me and i’ll go away they must be crazy i am a 19 yr old who worked hard at a low wage retail job i saved my money for months and they have another thing coming if they think that they can steal my hard earned cash. I am seeking legal action with the courts and my bank. How dare they this is disgraceful and i don’t know how any of them are sleeping at night knowing they are sitting on MY MONEY.

I paid in advance total of £2700 for 6…

I paid in advance total of £2700 for 6 sessions pigmentation treatment protocol 4: mesotherapy, stem cell and laser. However, they didn't do it all because they didn't have the products available, laser was bare minimum too, didn't do my whole face, as I specifically asked them to treat my forehead which was where most of the pigmentation was. I also paid £1500 for six sessions of dark circles. Very disappointing. There was a change in management, service was disruptive. Never saw a doctor or weren't informed of the changes. Changed their contact number without advising patients, poor service.

Unprofessional and sinister

I had a really bad experience with this clinic! I booked a treatment for which I paid in full £300 for first session. After 2h I called cancelling as I have changed my mind! No one told me anything but to wait for the refund which could take up to 7 days.
After 2 months chasing for my money back, I was finally informed that I wouldn’t be entitled to it because I signed a contract. That is true but by cancelling my appointment after 2h I believe, out of goodwill the refund should have been issued. Also during the 2 months that I spent after an answer, no one ever clarify the refund situation. I felt neglected, robed and not taken in consideration. My experience felt like an act of bad will and the clinic took advantage of me signing a contract. Everything felt quite off… contact numbers were always bouncing back, website doesn’t always work, customer service could never really give me a straight answer… really weird service and place!
Definitely don’t recommend this place at all and my money is still with them!

Con artists please avoid!!!!

I went for treatment for dark circles I wasted nearly 3 grand on my treatment. My dark circles came out even worse after I had the treatment with them. These people are con artists especially after they have now changed there name and contact details. After this review I will be contacting trading standards about this joke of a company. And my friend is a Influencer she will spread the word for me TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! On social media. I am disgusted with this company thank you for wasting money when I am a struggling NHS worker trying to survive.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid at all costs! This clinic has left me permanently scarred and did not seem to care that I was unhappy.

I went to the clinic for a consultation for some filler, but the doctor said he had another treatment that would give me better results. I ended up paying £995 for Plexr around my eyes.

After the treatment I was initially ok and the doctor said I was healing normally at my follow up treatment two weeks later even though I was concerned. I then developed hyperpigmentation and scarring. I went back to the clinic and they then offered me five laser resurfacing treatments and a peel at a reduced rate, so I paid another £500 pounds. My skin was still healing but they said it was ok and proceeded with the treatments each time my face was painful, red and on one occasion bleeding.

I went back to the clinic again in October as I was still not happy this time the original doctor seemed to have disappeared. I saw Dr Kasim and he said he could fix it for an extra £2800 pounds but wouldn’t start treatment yet as my skin was too sensitive and recovering still after six months. I was due to go back for the first appointment in November but the clinic cancelled. I called to rebook but was told the doctor had been asked to leave.

After this I was offered nothing so decided to walk away. It is now eight months since my first treatment and I have permanent scarring and redness still the skin around my eyes is thin and sensitive.

I’m now seeing a dermatologist who is shocked at the damage caused. It might not ever heal but I’m hoping it will improve.

This experience has shattered my self esteem and confidence, I don’t go out much and can’t wear make up anymore as it highlights the scars. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!!!

I attended this clinic to have a mole…

I attended this clinic to have a mole checked.. I have had my mole checked by other clinics.. after 6months of having it checked, I then booked in with Revitalise clinic to have my regular checkup.. where they were able to immediately advise that one of my moles were suspicious. The doctor advised that I have it sent off to confirm the suspicion, which turned out to be the case. The clinic team and my Surgeon promptly had me referred to be treated immediately.

I have to say from many experiences at Harley street, this had to be the most professional, kind and caring experience by miles.

Thank you to, all at the clinic! Amazing team.

Avoid at all COST

Extremely disappointed with the last session of my laser treatment.

After having had several session with a specified price per session as agreed with Dr. Kasim. I was charged almost double on the last session.

After mentioning to the receptionists that the amount charged was incorrect in comparison with the previous sessions, both staff tried to convince me why the price was changed without previous notification. The lady mentioned that the sessions had the prices increased while the guy said that I was paying a discount price before. Both arguments were completely contradictory and also very unprofessional when they are clearly showing that they setting their prices as as they wish.

I do not yet know if the treatment will give the results promised but I can guarantee that they have lost a client as it is very unprofessional to force people to pay what it was not discussed during my first, second, or third consultation. I paid because I did not want to enter into the game they tried to play about price increase, discount, etc. but I could have clearly walk off without paying or pay my regular session price based on the robery they were just trying to justify. Avoid at all COST!

Dear S Bejenaro,

We sincerely apologise for you feeling unhappy with paying the cost of the treatment that you received yesterday. When you started treatment with us we had a promotion on which was a half price offer. Unfortunately, in your last session this offer had come to an end and we are back to the original price. We understand it is disheartening to pay the original price after such a discount previously. It was not our intention for you to feel this way. We are glad you benefited from the discount during the promotion period.

We strive to deliver the optimum results whilst being competitive with our pricing. It really is a fine balance. We are here if you want to talk further about this and so sorry again for the way you felt when leaving the clinic.
