Customer service took quite some time
Delivery and shipping was very fast, but one of the eight cups I ordered was damaged and I complained about it. However, no one responded, neither to the E-Mail nor the contact form on the website. As a last try I contacted them on Instagram and finally they replied and solved the problem by sending out one new cup. That's what I call service and also a good solution even if it took a little longer in the end.
