Great laptop, fast efficient service

Bought a Lenovo X230 i7 8GB 180SSD refurb with mini dock late on Tuesday night. Received immediate confirmation and order number by email. Contacted seller following morning via laptopsoutlet.co.uk website instant messaging and received an immediate response regarding delivery and condition. Item was sent 24hours next day and was as described (grade A refurb with minor marks on case). Only thing I've had to do is reinstall Thinkvantage which was no problem. I would definitely recommend based on my experience. Good communication and a fast efficient service. The price was very competitive. If anyone is unsure about buying a refurb laptop or what to expect my advice would be to contact the seller as from my experience they are very helpful. The company also sell new products.

Helpful company.

I initially spoke to Christopher for advice on which model will be best for me. Christopher was very knowledgeable and helpful and the following day my order was delivered (Lenovo ThinkPad T430s). Laptop was in very good condition without any signs of use.
