perfect condition and very quick delivery

My order never arrived. I couldn’t get through to customer service. Only after many e mails did I receive contact for the company.
I won’t be purchasing from laptopsdirect again.

Actually very pleased with all aspects. There was a small delay in delivery but given Brexit and Covid that wasn't too much of a surprise. However unlike some other suppliers they communicated in a timely and accurate manner.

My daughter needed a laptop and after much deliberation we chose one from laptops direct.ie. we hoped we would not have to pay customs which we didn't. Ordered on Sunday and it arrived by Thursday afterwards. Daughter v happy with it.

The only problem is that the website gives you a differnt arrival date than the delivery company itself; for the rest was everything perfect.

Delivery received on time, super happy with Laptops Direct.

No complaints, quick delivery easy service

I bought 3 refurbished laptops from this company in the last 4 months. Two of them worked perfectly but the 3rd has a number of issues. First off there was no email confirming the purchase and there was no order number with the package when it arrived. It was as if they never recorded the sale. The bad laptop did not look refurbished, it looks more like a new one that never worked properly. It is insanely slow which is crazy in this day and age. It has taken me 40 minutes from turning it on to get to write this review with it. How can I chase it up when there are no sale numbers to identify it with, very frustrating.
