Money poorly spent.
The battery I purchased has no lasting power. It's been charged fully, yet discharges in less than 2 days without even opening my laptop and turning on. It was advertised as new, but maybe I was sent a used and refurbished? Who knows, but certainly not worth the money I paid.

After 6 weeks it will not charge beyond 27%
I wanted to edit my response. I have found that after unplugging the laptop and then plugging it back in the battery fully recharges. It seems to be holding up fine now after almost a year.
The battery installed and worked fine for a few weeks. Now after a month and a half it is holding at 27% and will not charge. I am hoping for a replacement or refund.

Found their website and found what I thought was the correct replacement for my HP battery. I emailed support for confirmation and received an almost immediate response from Jessie showing the battery I need to order. Shady Business Practices
They do not honor anything.... not their 30 day return policy, their warranty or a responsive customer service. They will give you the run around until you give up. They will fight tooth and nail to say the battery is delivered, which it is, but will not mention if it's working properly. Their battery sucks compared to OEM. SKIP THIS MERCHANT at all costs.

Wrong battery
Before purchasing I triple checked the laptop make and model with the stated battery on this site. The battery recieved is not what was advertised. It doesn't fit. Not even close.

Battery will not work properly
I received the battery while I was out of the country and couldn't install it to check it within the 30 days return window. The battery was installed and charged per their instructions and my laptop will not run without being used with the power supply. Money wasted for a battery that will not work.
