After looking on Ebay & reading people's reviews I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad from Laptop& PC Warehouse - arriving very quickly. Unfortunately we had a small problem with the keyboard and after contacting the company they immediately said they would take care of it and to return the computer (free of charge). The laptop got damaged in transit, however the company without hesitation or questions sent back a replacement (same model) Lenovo Thinkpad. This was a gift for my husband (who is very happy with the Lenovo) and I cannot thank laptop and pc warehouse enough and especially Kyle who was very professional and gracious and I would highly recommend the company.

Just got my HP Laptop, an absolute bargain it like it’s brand new. I wish I knew about this organisation from before. Fast and reliable service , excellent customer service I ordered my Laptop on a Friday and I received it by Wednesday due to Covid 19 it would have been faster ! They communicated with me throughout and checked to see if I received my Laptop and If I was satisfied with my purchase, yes I am for 16gb ram it is fast and it was fully charged and ready to go when I received it. I got a fantasic Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop at a great price.
Delivery was very fast, despite the current LockDown situation and the sellers communication was great through-out. The computer had all the relevent software and was in first class condition. The option to increase the memory and SSD capacity at the time of ordering was very welcome. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thanks Kyle.

We had a bit of an issue in that a friend had recommended them after a good experience buying from them in the past, so he sent a link to their website. The website hadn't been updated so the computer I ordered wasn't available. I found this out a couple of days later when they rang, which was a little frustrating as we were hoping it was already dispatched. However, they offered a slightly more expensive computer at the same price with faster postage, and were very helpful. The computer is great and just what we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but next time I'd just go straight to eBay!

I am satisfied for now. Great machine for much less money.
