I ordered a replacement fan on 19th Feb. The website indicated 5-8 days delivery and said that I would receive a tracking number. No tracking number was provided so I emailed them and got a 'soothing' reply. By 23rd Feb I still hadn't received a tracking number so I wrote again. This time they didn't even reply. On 24th Feb I placed an order for the fan elsewhere as I needed it badly. I wrote to them and asked for a refund. I'm not holding me breath. This is a dreadful customer service company masquerading as a UK firm. BUYER BEWARE!

No customer service skills at all. Will not use again

Hello! Ordered a fan for a laptop processor, came in about two weeks, looked like original, works very well!

Cons :
-shady chinese shop hiding behind a british front end

Pros :
-Package arrived on time
-Well packaged
-Fan was working, and was what I ordered
-Significantly cheaper than on other mainstream websites

Conclusion : It's alright.

Scam website that looks as though they are UK based and have UK stock. Selling Chinese imports at an extremely elevated price. And of course a long lead time. Apparently this is a legal loophole just another plus for being a resident in rip off Britain.

DO NOT USE. Paid £14 for express delivery and item still not arrived after 7 days. Website said order was completed as soon as I made the order. This website is a scam. AVOID.

Fan came within a week. Right part and an easy fit. Nice and quiet. Reasonable cost. No problems here.. Thanks guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Chinese company pretending to be UK. Avoid

Bought a fan from Laptop fans on the 18th Feb 2021, it arrived on the 23rd. Found out I didn't need it, filled in a return form then found out they were a Chinese company. Got no reply, had to email them again, then got an email the next day on the 26th. They told me I would have to return to their Chinese warehouse, on a tracked order, which would have cost £12 for a £14 fan. It certainly wasn't sent from a Chinese warehouse, since it got here in 3.5 days. All-in-all very poor service. There is no mention on their site, in the returns section, that fans bought in the uk, must be returned to China. No indication on the website about the costs. Very poor all in.

Product arrived quickly, as described easy replacement during lockdown when i needed it, dont know about the bad reviews here?

We bought a fan described as brand new. It was not. This is not a UK company so to return the item to China is a big cost. This is a SCAM. Do not use them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a Razerblade 15 replacement fan and paid an extra $35 for express shipping (2-5 days). When it arrived it was an Asus fan. I immediately contacted them and their first response was with the FULL NAME AND SHIPPING ADDRESS of another customer who accidentally got my fan (and I, apparently, had his). They asked me to ship my fan TO THE OTHER CUSTOMER and they will ask him to do the same. I demanded a refund for it all since I was immediately uninterested in working with their customer service (by the way, they are using fake names despite their real names showing up from their Gmail address). They told me they couldn't cancel it, but that it would be faster for me to wait for this other customer to ship the fan they received to me...so then I asked for a refund on my express shipping cost since I obviously did not get what I paid for. They refused that explaining it would cost them money (boohoo, that's really not your customer's problem to fix) and instead tried to offer me "$5 for compensation". FIVE dollars? On a $107 purchase? Not a chance. I am currently 18 emails in, and after refusing their ridiculous offers again and again they now apparently ARE able to cancel my order and give me a full refund. However, now they are trying to hold my refund hostage until I am able to send them the tracking number for the package they want ME to ship to the rightful customer on the other side of Canada (I'm in Ontario, this other customer who I know their full name and address of lives in BC). This is so absolutely ridiculous I can't even believe it. Do NOT order from here. They have horrendous business practices and they are just about as close to a scam as any other random Chinese-based website pretending to be a North American company. OH YEAH, don't let the name fool you. It's a Chinese company and none of it is Canadian or based Canada. This is not their only website, so be wary of them in every version they have online. As I'm writing this I'm still going back-and-forth with them. Don't give this place ANY of your money.

Purchased a fan for a computer that was described as brand new. When it arrived it was clear it was not new, with dents, dirt and scratches and was poorly packed. After a few emails from the seller trying to convince me it was new, he wanted me to pay to return the item for a refund. After a long back and forth with him and Paypal i had to pay £10 to return the item even though i was not at fault. Stay away at all cost. This guy is a scam artist and his products are not as described on the website.So much time wasted.Horrible experience
