Excellent quality and performance
I’m extremely satisfied with my La Planchetta pans. The quality is outstanding—very robust and made from pure iron, which makes cooking feel much more natural and safe (no harmful materials).
Delivery to the Netherlands was on time and the packaging was excellent. The pans are clearly built to last a lifetime if properly maintained.
A key recommendation: take your time with the curado (seasoning) process and follow the instructions carefully. It really makes a difference. Since doing it properly, nothing sticks and cleaning is very easy.
They also heat very efficiently on an electric stove, requiring less energy than regular pans. Just be careful, as they can get very hot even at low settings.

Great quality and customer support
I’ve had a really good experience with La Planchetta.
The pans are great quality. They are made of solid iron, properly heavy. You can tell they’re made to last.
The delivery was very quick, the products arrived in two days, without any issues and well packed.
What I liked most was the communication after ordering. They sent very clear messages with a video instruction on first use and how to take care of the pan. I though it was really helpful, especially if you’re not used to iron cookware.
Overall, a very smooth experience. The products seem like a good long-term buy.
