I purchased a piece from them 11 months…

I purchased a piece from them 11 months ago. I double checked on their website, where I have an account and I double checked the date that I purchased it. They have a lifetime warranty, if you break it, they will send you a coupon code for 50% off your next piece. I sent them the pictures of my broken piece, and they have refused my warranty claim. They are telling me I need to register on their site, and I already have an account on their site. I even emailed them from the registered email address. This is their way of refusing to cover the warranty claim that is on the very front page of their site. I would not do business with this company, they are not trustworthy.
