Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Will not be purchasing from this company ever again. Return and exchange policies are entirely unreasonable. Clothing is ill fitting, and did not justify the hefty price tag.

Generally very good but not Winter Bib Tights
I have been impressed previously with La Passione bib shorts. Have several pairs, mainly Classic but also the PSN 3/4 thermals which are very warm and comfortable. I assumed their Deep Winter tights would be similar but full length and with some lower abdomen protection. Very disappointed to find that they appeared far thinner and therefore unlikely to properly insulate against the cold. Also the crotch zip was too short so comfort breaks likely to be an issue. But the worst feature was the large number of bulky internal seams in the legs, including behind the knee. As the tights are very close fitting it was immediately clear that these seams would be really uncomfortable. So I’d give the Deep Winter tights only 1 star whereas most of my previous dealings were 5 star. I’ve noted the many negative comments about their customer service and returns policy. I agree they come over as very fierce and unfriendly. However I do think it reasonable for them to want an unsuitable item to be returned unused and in a re-sellable condition. I guess a £5 charge for returning is not extortionate given that the price is a lot less than equivalent brands. My own return and refunded went through without quibble in 12 days

Bib tights falling apart after two rides
I've been a happy customer for five years or so but will never purchase again. Some winter bib tights I bought last winter are falling apart after being worn twice! Unbelievably shoddy and La Passione say they only cover faulty gear for six months, regardless of how little wear or how obviously there's a problem. The only way to describe La Passione is as a shonky company that doesn't stand behind the quality of its products. You can get equally decent if not superior gear at better prices with far better customer service elsewhere.
REPLY TO LAPASSIONE RESPONSE: I've already emailed you photos. It was your shonky response that prompted this response. Why do you keep talking about one year of usage? These have been worn and washed twice. TWO TIMES ONLY. Washed in the same same way I've successfully used for many years for all my cycling kit, including La Passione kit.

Amazing product, very poor customer attitude
I think I bought for over 1,000 EURs with LaPassione and their products are great
Unfortunately their customer service is very poor, inflexible and does definitely not put the customer first (they are actually quite arrogant)
Last week I ordered for over 200 euro's and only a few days later I get a marketing e-mail, some of my products are discounted 30%(!). As I am well within my return time (according to the policy) I asked if the discount could be applied on my order. which according to them is impossible.
Everyone that works at an e-commerce company knows that it is possible (and probably very easy). So now I need to order the same product, send back my old product, waste money and my time.
Instead, I'm gonna return all the products and look for a more customer friendly brand. I hope in time they will change their attitude

Outlaw company with a ridiculous customer attitude...
They do not follow the law relating to faulty items and claims.
If your item breaks after 1 year, you are dealing with an outlaw company.
They would rather lose me as a customer over a 10 EUR bidon, than following the law or provide me with a solution.

Cell Jersey and PSN bib short
I bought a cell Jersey and I’m very happy with it. Fabric is soft and cut is perfect for me. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to further reinforce the rear pocket to keep the content a bit tighter to the back. After the jersey I bought a pair of PSN bib short. I had only one ride with them but first impression is really good and confort is not inferior to other top brand coming at higher cost.
Honest review
Honestly, I am generally a skeptical person when it comes to small companies. While they aren’t perfect, the bins have been great for the price point. The fabric of the minimal is very Sleek, and the prestige have a fantastic fit. I have small issues with the hand cutting of the straps on my prestige, as they are a little sloppy, but I would definitely buy from them again. I have read the reviews good and bad, and I have had a very good experience with them. Not perfect, but very good!
Great quality but Bibs run big
Had a couple of La passione jerseys, gloves and socks, absolutely looovvve them. Nice fabric, good sleeve/sock length, great fit. Decided to try their bibs a year later. Quality looked just as good but sizing was off. I wear XS. Bib was too big. My sister wears a M and it fits her perfectly (we both like our bibs very snug.....saves us from bruising as i learnt the hard way).
Would advice going one size down at least.

Excellent quality, design and materials
Honestly I'm surprised to see a high number of negative reviews as my experience has been the opposite. I bought bib shorts, they came quickly. The price was very fair for what is a very high quality pair of bibs. I have spent decades working in performance fabrics and I can tell you they are using very high quality (and thus expensive) materials here. And, made within Europe which costs many times more than Asia. So I think overall very good value for money. Oh, and the product works extremely well. For me the best pair of bibs I've owned - and I've had all the usual upmarket brands over the years (as well as the cheapies, of course!). Thanks for reading....
Careful of their reviews
Decent quality and decent prices, however, if you post a negative review about a product on their website your review probably won't ever be posted. Beware, not all their products, contrary to their advertising, are made in Italy.
Just stick with Assos or Giordana.

I bought bib shorts with La Passione
I bought bib shorts with La Passione. They started to fray after a few rides and that had developed into a tear after 5 or 6 rides. I sent a photo and asked the customer service to help. They said given that 5 months had elapsed and they couldn't verify that it wasn't my fault - then all they would offer was a disount code for a future purchase. I have never worn through any other pair and these had about 10 hours of ride time and cost £100. I will not be purchasing with them again and would recommend others proceed with caution.

Excellent quality. From pro fit to regular/club fit, just choose your style. Return and refund process is pretty fast. Keep up the good work. And regarding the return fees: I guess there are people at LaPassione who need to get paid and will not work for peanuts or bananas. Doubt they will become rich. So think again before you're crying about 10 EUR.

It is not good clothes
It is not good clothes, it breaks easily, when you call them by phone, they tell you that you have broken it, because if you put the phone in and some fruit breaks, I think the ripa is bad. In a previous order, I did not change the size, you have to send it and they refund the money, but it has been a month and a half and they still have not returned anything. I will not buy more here, my colleagues will not buy either.

Bib shorts unstitched after one ride
My son purchased a pair of Minimal bib shorts and after one 60km ride two holes developed on a seam on the rear of the shorts. Very disappointed, especially after reading these reviews of not honoring returns when the item obviously has flaws in the workmanship. I'll try customer service but not hopeful. Wanted to be a customer, guess not.

When Pearl Izumi tries to be Rapha - you get La Passione.
EDIT: I am leaving the review from a year ago below for reference, but I'm updating it to say I was wrong. The quality is holding up after a few thousand miles and I am reaching for my La Passione sets more than any other gear (I've built out my collection a bit since). I wish they would let up on their policies and wording, but solid quality - solid gear.

Their quality isn't bad but there are so many great quality products out there: POC, Rapha, Castelli, but La Passione is pretty much PI with an aesthetic bump. They try to be fashion forward like Rapha, but they're that broke friend that keeps track of every penny you owe them. Want to return something? $10 and you have exactly 5 days to return it.
Read this for yourself: "Returned items must ABSOLUTELY have all the tags on. Each tag is equipped with a RFID label, which cannot be replaced. If this label is missing, the return will not be accepted. Items must be without any scuffs, scratches, stains or hair. In case you want to return a BUNDLE (a pack of products), you necessarily have to return all the products included. We won't be able to refund you if we don't get the whole pack back." (no links allowed in review, it's all quoted from La Passione return policy, /pages/customer-care)
Do you hear all of the extremes? If this, then this. If this then this. If this - then you're SOL. If you tried it on and we find a single hair - you'll find out after the fact that we won't honor the return. I don't want to do businesses with that cheap friend who is always reminding you "You break, you buy." Italian..... lol they do business like they're Chinese.
Now contrast that to Rapha: "Take advantage of our 30-day guarantee on any of the Rapha Classic products below. If you aren't 100% satisfied within 30 days of riding in these products, you can send them back to us for a full refund/ credit." (no links allowed, but lookup Rapha Classics guarantee)
They communicate: Go out, ride in it. We're confident you're going to love it and we'll put our money where our mouth is.
They try to be Rapha but they really suck at it. Save your money - go get the real thing. Otherwise you'll have a bunch of PI that is trying really hard to be Rapha. You can try it - get any product of La Passione and get the same product from Rapha, the quality and the style - Rapha is in an entirely other class - they're not even in the same league.
And honestly, when it comes to quality, Pearl Izumi has them beat... LaPassione: the jack of all trades, MASTER OF NONE. Even saying they're mediocre is giving them too much credit.

Pretty shirts, BAD quality and worst costumer service
I bought a La Passione jersey as a birthday gift to my boyfriend, since we previously bought their cycling clothes and were happy with them. However, 15km into the first ride (he didn't wash the jersey before) I noticed a hole above one of the pockets. After contacting the "costumer care" they told me they cannot intervene because the shirt was damaged by him, by putting in something voluminous or heavy. Mind you, there was a banana in one pocket, and a mobile phone and bank card in the other, and any jersey should be able to hold that, especially proclaimed high-quality shirts. I am very dissapointed in the quality of this shirt and even more so in the so-called customer care!! Not recommended!

Refund issue: explanation on how they calculate the charge only after request.
