Ordered some kit in their sale including a LS Rain top. Despite using the online sizing tool the top was too small. Because the order was late being dispatched, the price of the top had increased in the meantime and it would have cost another £50 (plus £5) restocking charge to replace. To note that reviews on their own site aren’t published! Will stick to retailers with better customer service.

Recently purchased the LS Rain Jersey and this thing is AWESOME!!! This is the perfect piece for riding in Colorado through the winter. Pair it with a vest or by itself is works so well in the the high 30's and into the 40s. Love, love, love this jersey. Will buy more in the future. Hope they add more fun colors.

Product is mediocre, fit isn't great. Bought a jacket and used their size calculator which without hesitation told me i was a medium, its baggy, flappy and bad fitting around arms and torso. So i want to return it, only the returns process is long winded, i have had to print 7 documents and the lccal returns place wont accept it. plus LP charge me £5 for the privilege. Won't bother next time i'll just stick with the big brands.

I’ve ordered 2 winter kits and they are extremely comfortable and warm. The only thing you have to be mindful of is order one size above your actual size. The consumer services reassured all stresses I had due too packages on hold in international shipping. Thank you Sara for everything.

I bought some shorts (Adventure Shorts), I thought the quality seemed really good, however when they arrived I was very disappointed, the material was like a stiff swim shorts material that felt very irritating around the waist, plus the fit was just weird. I'd spent ages trying to use the size guide, I even asked customer service for advice at one point (it's £9 shipping to UK, so you really feel like you have to get this right. Oh and it's £5 to return and you have to print 2 labels yourself and arrange the return).

I won't order from lapassione.cc again.

Great shopping experience, and I found size guide to be very accurate if you take the time to measure. I ordered several different garments, bottoms and tops, and everything fits well, is top quality, and very functional. I had an issue with a jacket I ordered, and got in contact with customer service. They are consistently quick to respond to messages, and the issue was worked out with a very positive outcome. I will be a longtime customer for sure!

Bought an item for £37, express delivery to UK cost £9, item didn't fit after following size guide on their website, postage not refunded, charged an additional £5 'refund processing fee'. In summary, charged £14 for the privilege of trying on a pair of gloves that didn't fit, won't be trying any more of their clothing on the chance that it won't fit as advertised.

Hands down the best cycling kit on the planet for which I own far too much! I have 2x jerseys, 2x bibs, arm and leg warmers, under garments, a rain jersey, winter jacket, gloves and head warmer. All items have impeccable quality, stand up very well to regular washing and have a timeless aesthetic. Yes im a fan boy but it’s the only cycling product that I have used in 22yrs of cycling that I am unable to find fault with and all at a reasonable price point.

Update since no replies are possible: it’s been 15 days... not 20. When i would have left the labels on I could have just returned them and bought them again with all parties going through trouble. I was not expecting any refunds or anything. A gesture like a voucher would have been good. But maybe I’m used to a different level of customer service… so no you will not see me again…

Started buying their brand few years ago. Always been satisfied with the size, quality, etc until my last experience. Bought myself for another 550 euro of clothes for Christmas, 1,5 week after delivery all these stuff discounted with 40%, so a rough 160 euro. Clothes are new, never worn, just the labels were already removed otherwise I would have sent it all back and buy it another time. Decided to write to LaPassione that normally I would call this bad luck, but being a true customer for years the 160 euro were a little too much to don't be bothered by it. They don't even look at the mail, your history or whatever. Just a standard mail, refusing all request. Probably customer service but still.. I don't think this is the way to treat your customers.

Great products for the price, but a poor return policy. They charge 10 Euros to return and will not exchange items purchased on sale.

Excellent Customer Service! La Passione went the extra mile for me to receive my order the fastest way possible. I was able to join the bike ride in my new La Passione outfit. I was afraid that the MERINOS Long sleeve tee shirt would itch me especially when sweating and NOT AT ALL. It kept me warm and not itchy. The quality of the products and the finitions are very well executed. I highly recommend La Passione.

Totally shocking returns experience, don’t trust them at all after they refused to refund me in the cash I’d spent and have given me credit instead. I asked 4 separate times for a proper refund and an explanation but nothing and this is all despite returning on their timeline and paying £5 for the privilege of returning it.

Pretty products, but a brand who treats me fraudulently is not a brand I can recommend to anyone. So disapponted

The jersey looks very good and high quality. And with Black friday discount for a good price. Unfortunately, the size does not fit at all. According to your size chart, I should have a size S. To be sure, I bought a Medium and my jersey is small as well. And now I will have to return the jersey for my money 😟

All Lapassione products are great. I have a few (jersey, bib short, jacket) and I am strongly recommending all of them. Abroad delivery takes max. 48h.
Normally I wear cycling clothes in L size, but from Lapassione better are XL.
