I wrote to support to get a refund because the rizz pad I purchased was much slower than I had anticipated. since it is generally possible during the first 14 days of the product's delivery.
They said it was okay, and I can send it back. I questioned them again about the status two weeks after returning it, but they didn't respond, and there was still no money.
I also received another pad within that period that I didn't like, and when I asked for a refund, they didn't even respond.
I now have one pad that I was unable to return, and another that I did, but never received my money back.
