I ordered two sweater tops from this company totaling $168.02. When they finally arrived, they were both defective. On the first top, the zipper was torn leaving a hole where the fibers were unraveling. The other top was suppose to be a large, but It was childlike sized with a very small neck opening that was pretty much sewn shut. Neither top was wearable, so I immediately started attempts to reach customer service. I followed procedures of getting online and sending a refund request with pictures. Online it tells you customer service will contact you within 24 hrs. giving instructions of procedures and where to return. I was never contacted. It is going on two weeks now since i received the merchandise, I have been attempting to reached customer service since the very first day numerous times, but still have not gotten a reply. Of course, there is no listed phone number, just an email address. Unfortunately I think I have been ripped off, it doesn’t appear that anyone is going to return my continued emails, nonetheless refund me the money I paid for unusable merchandise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Don’t be deceived by the beautiful clothes shown on their online catalog….it’s not what you end up receiving and then apparently they ghost you and rip off your money.

£79 dress came wrapped all screwed up the measurements are wrong material is awful I'm gutted was for a wedding. Never spend this much on myself. Praying I get a refund.

Very cheap material and packaging. Poor fit . Was unable to refund.

This company advertises clothing and shoes European style. I ordered a pair of boots that looked nothing at all like the picture. The material was fake and cheap and the heals were made of plastic!
When I asked for a refund because of the false advertising they would only give me a credit and would make me pay for the return.
Save your self from purchasing anything from LAOMNIA! It's totally Chinese made and very very cheap.
