Great sports massage, exactly what I needed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave advice on things to help improve. Big shame I don’t live in the area as I’d be a regular.

Physiotherapy
I contacted Lanzarote Physiotherapy as I had been diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. Barbara contacted me and I booked my first session. At my first session I completed a health questionnaire and then Barbara explained what would happen in my session and how I would gain mobility. I then began a regular treatment plan which involved being given exercises to do between session’s. Barbara always arrived on time and she was always positive and happy to see my progress. I am pleased to say that after a few sessions I have gained a huge amount of mobility. Barbara is an amazing physiotherapist, she has magical fingers! I would thoroughly recommend Barbara at Lanzarote Physiotherapy.

Amazing, professional service. Great results
Amazing service. Physiotherapy helped me immensely with old military injuries and really gave me a new lease of life.
Also gave me exercises to do on my own and we also did TRX a training to help strengthen my core to give me less problems going forward.
Professional throughout I would 100% recommend
