We contracted Lanza Reformas to refurbish our bathroom and add an En-suite to our apartment in Puerto Del Carmen. The work was to take 3 weeks but ended up taking over 5 weeks and then they never returned to finish 2 elements of the work. We tried to contact by phone text and email but got no response. We had to engage other contractors to finish the work and to fix up their shoddy workmanship. A very bad experience.
